Sanctity of life. 
      We will be jumping back into our series called “What Does The Bible Say About ______ ?” This Sunday, I will tackle what The Bible says about Sanctity of Life. How should we look at issues of pro-life/pro-choice through God’s lens? The following week, April 18, we will have Michele Telfer as our guest teacher dealing with what The Bible says about End Times.

Hi Conejo Family,

I pray you are doing well as you head into Holy Week!  This coming weekend is Palm Sunday.  I’ll be preaching about HOW Jesus came into Jerusalem that day and also about WHY.  The people who shouted “Hosanna!” to welcome him would yell “Crucify him!” only a few days later.  Are we that fickle at times in our faith?

We want Sundays to be very helpful and practical for each of you, especially right now.  So, we started a series together 2 weeks ago called, “What Does The Bible Say About … ?”  The whole idea is to make sure we are equipped with a Biblical world view as we face the issues of our time.  Thank you to all of you who pitched in your topics for the series! 

Last Sunday and this Sunday our focus is “God and Government”.  Upcoming topics will include: cancel culture, gender, rich & poor, end times, church, and the sanctity of human life.

Last Sunday, I kicked off a new series called “What Does The Bible Say About ... ?”

I asked everyone to send in things they are most curious about or most confused by - so we can cover those subjects on Sundays over the next two months.

The number one answer, hands down, was government and politics! How do you know when to obey versus disobey? What do you do when your rights are violated?  What should the role of a real Christian be in politics?

“What does the Bible really say about ______?”  With the collective confusion happening around us in our culture right now, we need to come back to God’s Word to find His answers.  What are you curious or concerned about and you need to know what God’s Word says?
