  • 89. CLIENT CASE STUDY: She surpassed last year’s pace within three months of us working together

In this NEW SERIES episode, I break down how my ABC Framework (who you’re being, what you’re believing, and how you’re building) shifted my client from reactive and bracing… to calm, profitable leadership. Within three months, she was already outperforming last year — but the real win is how she’s leading now!

  • 88. BUSINESS: The room that changes everything (and why I built it)

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on why I created my $27 virtual community and what makes it different from the typical online space. This isn't a content library or place to passively consume more trainings. It's a decision-making room for business owners who are tired of overthinking everything alone. I talk about the real transformation that happens when you get into better conversations, make stronger decisions, and start leading like a CEO. If you've been craving clarity, confidence, and a space where real business conversations happen, this episode will show you why this room exists and why it might be exactly what you need. • 87. BUSINESS: Why time is an illusion (and why CEOs feel like they never have enough of it)

If you constantly feel like there’s not enough time in the day, this episode is for you. I’m unpacking why time feels scarce (even when it’s not), how mental load and open loops are actually what’s exhausting you, and why structure — not hustle — is the real key to freedom. I also share exactly how I structure my week to run my business in 10–15 hours, without burning out or being “on” all the time.

  • 86. MINDSET: The system you’re in is shaping what you see

In this cray cray episode, I talk about what a famous psychology study reveals about why business owners feel stuck, misread data, and struggle to see what’s actually going on. The issue isn’t strategy — it’s the frame you’re inside.

  • 84. MINDSET: Why identity changes manifestation (and why most people are trying to manifest from the wrong place)

You’re not blocked. You’re rehearsing an identity that can’t hold what you want yet. This episode breaks down why manifestation responds to who you believe you are — not what you wish for — and how identity work changes everything.

  • 83. MONEY: Rewiring wealth

A raw, nervous-system–level conversation about why money can feel unsafe even when you want it—and how real wealth isn’t built through mindset hacks, but through trust, capacity, boundaries, and learning to feel safe holding more. This episode breaks down the invisible ways your body caps your income and what it actually takes to make money feel calm, steady, and sustainable.

  • 82. MINDSET: It's never really about the number

I didn’t hit my $50K Black Friday goal — and that’s exactly why this episode matters. This is the real story behind making around $18,500 around Black Friday: saying the big goal out loud, riding the fear, expanding my capacity, and becoming the version of myself who can actually hold more… before the money ever shows up.

And for transparency — because I value honesty over highlight reels — that $18,500 wasn’t dumped into my bank account in one weekend. About $7K came in as cash, with the rest mapped out through payment plans over the following months. The money is real, the results are real, and the growth is real — but so is the process.

This episode isn’t about flashy numbers. It’s about identity, nervous system expansion, and what happens when you stop whispering your desires and start backing them with belief, strategy, and embodied action.

  • 81. BUSINESS: Small-minded problems are keeping your business small

This episode is about dropping the small-minded worries—likes, judgment, being “cringe”—and stepping into real CEO problems that actually grow your business. When you stop people-pleasing and start leading from your higher identity, you build the capacity to hold more money, more impact, and more visibility. Your business expands the moment you stop shrinking.
