This poem was written as collaboration with a classmate of mine in our 7th grade! Something i would like to clarify as a poetess is that not everything poets (or at least I as a poetess) write about is something that they are going through! I have a really female friendly environment at both home and school and basically everywhere I go! I wrote this poem after we had a speech about Feminism in our school and was highly influenced by it! Basically every poem I write about feminism is not me telling what I'm going or have been through or anything!! ALL OF THEM ARE INSPIRED OR INFLUENCED BY SOME BASIC EVENT (in the world) OR SOME SPEECH OR STORY OR JUST A THOUGHT IN MY MIND!!! So please do not think that I don't have a good environment at home or somewhere, cause my life is great...but I know out there, there are many people whose lives are not and they are the one I write for...so that next time someone sees something wrong happening in front of them or WITH THEM they will speak up....or maybe next time someone has a chance to donate or volunteer for a NGO or something...they will do so!!!🙌🙌🙏🙏!!! This poem showcases the feeling of grief and the loss of a person you really held close to! This holds a special place in my heart...as it makes me feel like I'm talking to my baba (grandpa) and makes me feel a lot closer to him!❤❤
