At times I feel mentally depleted. I feel tired and my mind is everywhere. God reminded me that in his presence, there is joy and that I needed to have an extended one-on-one session with him. He also gave me the text in Matthew where he was led into the wilderness and Satan tried to use overthinking as a form of mental torment to mentally deplete him. He resisted with the word. And the angels of God ministered to his spirit. God says he wants to do the same for you! When you feel mentally or spiritually low, it's a clear indication that you need a recharge, by way of the presence of God.

Grief and death are some of the many, but top critical points in life that make us question God. Often times people tell us to just pray. But today, God wants you to know that its ok to not be ok. God knows exactly what you are feeling and experiencing, and he uses trauma as a way to draw us near to him.  

2 Samuel 14:14 - All of us must die eventually. Our lives are like water spilled out on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again. But God does not just sweep life away; instead, he devises ways to bring us back when we have been separated from him.

As you fight the good fight of faith, you will find that oftentimes we are in situations in which we suffer and are in the absolute right standing in God. People, places, things and opportunities are snatched away, leaving us feeling bitter and angry at God. We have questions like, how could God let this happen to me? Wasn't I faithful? Does God even care that I'm hurting? Let this message serve as a reminder, that it's ok to get angry with God. When you get Mad at God Vent, but don't Quit!!! God's ways are not our ways, nor is his thoughts our thought. Know that whatever your facing is in Gods divine plan. Lean not into your own understanding and trust in that plan!

Romans 8:28-And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
