Faith is character building in action. with this in mind, the words says that the just shall live by faith. So, the next time you think about the how God isn't moving fast enough, let the remembrance of how much faith it took to get you to where you are now, settle in your spirit. You are living in a previous prayer, Hold tight to your faith knowing that God hears your prayers and is faithful to give you what you need in his timing!

This week is a heart to heart, coming to you as your saved homegirl, to give advice and drop some knowledge! In getting feedback from the show, a lot of you guys have asked me how doI stay so positive and encouraging. Erin, you seem so happy and unbothered. Truth is I get tired, but my constant prayer is

Psalms 19:13-14 which says - 13 Keep your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. 14 May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight.

I’m in constant prayer, so I don’t give into the thoughts of my flesh. Truth is I once was an over thinker and over planner because I was afraid to fail. Now, when I catch myself overthinking, I quote the words back to myself and I rehearse them over and over until my flesh and spirit lines up with the word of God!

Matthew 4:4 - Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.

People often ask me, how to go about finding their individual, unique purpose, if it’s not obvious to them? They want to know, Is it something you develop naturally, or over the course of a lifetime. So, here’s my answer to this question….

Ephesians 2:10- For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared “beforehand” that we should walk in them.

Everything that you've ever gone through up until now, God used it to prepare you for purpose.

When things in life doesn’t go as expected, or I feel like God has forgotten about me, I ask God to send someone to speak into my life. I desire a prophetic word. This in mind, the bible is an ALIVE AND ACTIVE WORD. Scriptures is Gods prophetic word for your life, and that’s past, present, and future. That being said, this episode is a prophetic reminder to you and to myself, to hang onto Gods ACTIVE promises, spoken over your life!
