People buy into you into your passion, into your energy, into who you are.

They're not going to have a clear understanding of exactly how you cannot help them.

What you can offer them,

they're going to pick up on an energy that's a bit confused, sometimes maybe a bit desperate, a bit needy,

and all of these things will be playing a part into why you aren't where you are today.

Mental Health is something we all need to understand more. Its an illness that is often misunderstood and as there are no physical symptoms people can sometimes cast judgement of certain behaviours without knowing the full story.

In the raw, powerful and incredibly insightful episode Sam Colclough is sharing with us the impact of living with someone who had mental health issues has had on her life both personally & professionally, what she did you cope with the challenges and how she has used her experience to go on and help and support 1000s of other people.

Last week I put a post out about my fertility journey to getting my son and the response has been incredible..   I genuinely wrote the post from my heart in the moment but off the back of it I wanna go a bit deeper because it’s more than just a story about trying to fall pregnant.   The lessons in this episode is important for ALL OF US and it really highlights the power of how ONE SHIFT can truly change everything - regardless on what your goal is!   We can get so lost in our goals we can often loose ourselves in the process, pushing ourselves to DO MORE and to TRY EVERYTHING that along the way we forget to take care of ourselves.   We loose sight of whats important, we beat ourselves up, feel a failure and struggle to see the wood through the trees BUT when you make a few subtle shifts things can change - almost in an instant.   As humans we focus on results - and if the results aren't what we want to push to do more! We analyse what we are doing WRONG We focus on the outcomes we DON'T WANT Get caught up in the energy of failing and not being good enough  We become consumed with what we are missing and try to find the answers to change things   BUT Energy follows thoughts and our world is a reflection of these thoughts   So a result of focusing on what you don't want inadvertantly create more of what you don't want!   During this episode I share with you the SHIFT I made that helped me finally fall pregnant that month after almost 4 years of trying and 3 misacarriages.   This shift has since gone on to help me make more money, sell my house & buy a new house within 24 hours, to scale my business, overcome abuse and so much more   Often we are closer than we think and when you learn how to use this powerful shift you collapse time, get results and massively uplevel your life!   THis is such a personal yet incredibaly powerful episode that I would love for you to share it with your friends and family.   Don't forget to DM me or tag me into IG stories sharing your aha moments from the show!
