Sign up to 2027...loading - The FREE masterclass where I'm taking you behind the scenes of how I'm preparing for my biggest year yet, sharing the subconscious strategies I've spent seven years using myself and teaching to hundreds of entrepreneurs to help them turn their biggest business ambitions into reality.
When did you become so realistic about the things you used to dream about?
Because I bet when you first started your business, you had some outrageous ambitions. The £20k months, the speaking opportunities, the book deal, the financial freedom, the business that everyone in your industry knew about.
And you used to get so excited thinking about what was possible.
But somewhere between the launches that didn't go to plan, the goals you didn't quite hit and the things that took longer than you expected, you might have started talking yourself out of what you actually want.
You probably have more experience, knowledge and evidence of your capabilities now than you've ever had before.
So why have your ambitions started getting smaller?
In this episode of The Subconscious Expert, we're getting into the subconscious beliefs and expectations that influence your relationship with goals, how previous disappointments can affect the decisions you're making in your business, and why you might be unknowingly protecting yourself from wanting the very things you're working towards.
We'll also explore where your relationship with goal setting originally came from, whether the goals you're pursuing are genuinely yours, and how to start experiencing more of what you actually want while you're working towards achieving it.
Because I don't particularly fancy you spending the next five years gradually talking yourself out of the things you started your business to experience.
And if you've got some rather outrageous ambitions for 2027, I've got something for you!
On Thursday 22 October at 11am UK, I'm hosting my completely free masterclass, 2027, Loading...
I'm taking you behind the scenes of my own subconscious planning process, showing you how I'm working through my beliefs, expectations and identity, and helping you apply that work to your own goals so you can start preparing for the business and life you want to create.
Replay available.
Topics covered on why you've started talking yourself out of your dreams:"I just work really well under pressure." I hear this from my clients all the time, and yes, you probably do. You've built a business off the back of deadlines, panic and proving people wrong, and it's got you a long way. But there are other ways to motivate yourself, and running on pressure gets exhausting once you want to scale your business.
So today, I'm talking about motivation strategy from an NLP perspective, the subconscious patterns behind your business motivation, and how to motivate yourself when nothing is on fire and there's no deadline breathing down your neck.
There are 3 women I am actively modelling in my business right now. If you're a loyal listener, you've heard me talk about the NLP modelling technique. If you're new here, you'll learn all about it today.
I'm sharing who these successful women are, what I'm paying attention to with each of them, and the NLP modelling process underneath it all. Because admiration can become a comparison really fast, but with the NLP modelling technique, you turn that admiration into something so much more powerful.
So if you want to know how learning from successful women has shaped the way I build a personal brand and coaching business that actually feels like me, this one is for you.
I haven’t really been posting lately and, if you know me, you’ll know just how unlike me that is.
Consistency has been a huge part of how I’ve built my business over the last six years, so this period has brought up a lot for me, from questioning why I suddenly didn’t want to create, to looking at the beliefs and identity wrapped up in being someone who has always been known for showing up.
And the more I’ve sat with it, the more I’ve realised just how much I don’t want to go back to creating content in the way I was before.
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what I’ve actually been navigating, my growing frustration with how strategic content has become, and why I think somewhere along the way we’ve stripped so much of the human out of building a personal brand.
I’m also sharing what’s been happening for me subconsciously as I move away from something that has worked incredibly well for six years, why that has been much harder than I expected, and what I want this next chapter of Rebecca Haydon and The Subconscious Institute to look like.
There’s no shiny new seven step content strategy at the end of this one, I’m figuring it out, changing things, experimenting and letting you come behind the scenes while I do.
This is very much my stake in the ground for what comes next.
Topics covered on changing my content strategy:Success sells, someone grows by 100,000 followers, has a £500k launch, sells out an event or builds a seven figure business and naturally, we want to know how they did it.
But what aren’t we seeing?
In this episode of The Subconscious Expert, I’m exploring the subconscious psychology behind success and the part of someone’s results that can’t be packaged neatly into a strategy, framework or five step method.
Because when somebody tells you what they did to become successful, you’re seeing the behaviour and the result. You’re not necessarily seeing the beliefs they grew up with, what was already normal to them, their relationship with money, visibility and risk, the experiences that shaped them, what they value or the filters through which they experience their business.
And all of that came with them when they executed the strategy they’re now teaching you.
We’re getting into why success itself creates authority, why somebody else’s results can make their advice feel more credible, and why two entrepreneurs can follow exactly the same strategy and have completely different experiences doing it.
The point of this episode is to look beyond the success itself, get more discerning about what those results actually tell you, and understand more about the human being behind the business strategy.

More about The Subconscious Expert:Welcome to The Subconscious Expert, the podcast where your subconscious becomes your one-way ticket to the mind blowing results you desire in your life and business!
I’m your host, Rebecca Haydon, The Subconscious Expert who went from being stuck in victim mode to a multi 6 figure business owner. Each week, I will be giving you the subconscious tools and techniques so you can become the woman who is living out her vision with a life and business that she is truly OBSESSED with.
I have said it before, and I will say it 100 times again: "Your business can't outgrow your mindset, and if you want to grow your business, it always starts with growing your subconscious." So let's dive into the subconscious breakthrough you so deeply deserve!
Do you feel like you have been following someone else's advice for so long that your business no longer feels like your own? I'm seeing this happen so often right now among women entrepreneurs, and it's time we talked about it!
You join someone's mastermind or coaching container because you want what they have. You learn their strategy, how they run their business, how they show up... and it works great. But somewhere along the way, you realise the version of you that created those results doesn't actually feel like you any more, and isn't aligned with your values. That's what I'm talking about today: the identity work behind building an aligned business, the difference between identity expansion vs imitating someone else's, and how to create your own version of success.
Topics covered on Identity Work:Identity work isn't about sitting down with a thousand journal prompts and a 17 step mindset routine (even though that's what the internet would make you believe). Identity work starts with observing your current identity: how you show up in your business, the language you use, the subconscious beliefs you hold about yourself.
So if you want to know how to change your identity, we start with something I call 'hidden clues'. It's what I listen for in every client conversation, in every message, and it's where your limiting beliefs give themselves away without you noticing.
You know who you want to become.
You can probably picture how she runs her business, the money she makes, how she leads, how she sells, the decisions she makes and how she shows up.
But when someone tells you to “change your identity,” “step into your next-level identity” or “become the version of you who already has it”… what the hell are you actually supposed to change?
Because your identity isn't something you can physically see and it’s definitely bigger than choosing a few new habits, asking “what would my future self do?” and hoping your subconscious gets the memo.
In this episode of The Subconscious Expert, I break down what identity actually is, how your subconscious forms its understanding of “who I am”, and why your identity can influence everything from the way you sell and make decisions to how much success feels normal for you to hold.
If identity work has always felt slightly intangible, this episode will make it a hell of a lot more practical.

What does it actually take to create, teach and hold an NLP Master Practitioner training?
In this episode, I’m taking you properly behind the scenes of one of the biggest trainings I’ve ever created inside The Subconscious Institute, my training school where I train coaches and practitioners in different modalities for working with the subconscious mind.
After three months of preparation, a nearly 400 page manual, five full days of online training and three days together in a château in France, I officially qualified our first TSI NLP Master Practitioners.
But there was a LOT that happened before the graduation photos you saw on Instagram.
I’m taking you through the whole bloody thing: what NLP Masters actually is, why teaching at Master Practitioner level stretched me in a completely new way, everything that went into creating the training and what happened when we finally got everyone together in France.
I also get into the side you don’t necessarily see, holding my 1:1 clients alongside the training, being away from Ivy for the longest I’ve ever been away from her, the mum guilt that came with that, the support that allowed me to hold everything and what this experience taught me about my own capacity.
And, of course, we’re getting into the subconscious work underneath ALL of it.
Because one of my biggest realisations from Masters had nothing to do with learning another NLP technique.
It was what happens when you step beyond the evidence you currently have for who you are, do the bloody thing anyway and give your subconscious the evidence to catch up.
Topics covered on NLP Masters:Having fun in business shouldn't be optional but mandatory. So why is it the last thing we think about when it comes to business?
Today, I'm bringing you another client success story. Therese came to my world about a year ago overwhelmed, multitasking constantly and convinced she just needs more discipline. She'd come to hate marketing her business, because every post had to be perfect before she'd let anyone see it.
A year on, she runs that same business as a completely different woman, and the thing that shifted had nothing to do with strategy. Through parts work she found the part of herself she'd buried, and once she reconnected with her, everything changed.
We got into the money beliefs she inherited from generations before her, how we rebuilt her money mindset, and the one thing that we did that ended her social media comparison in a matter of days!
