On this episode, we are discussing how distractions can take you away from your own intuition. How thought loops and emotional dysregulation lead to less intuition and inner knowing. It’s rough when stress overcomes our own awareness. Distractions are also stress inducing, which is why it is healthier to remove all things that can take us away from ourselves. Call it escapism or dissociation, whatever it is - if it is not helping you, consider if it is hindering you from hearing your soul.
