*Dr. E. Faye Williams, Trice Edney Wire Syndicated Columnist has been monitoring the trial and sentencing of Attorney Marilyn Mosby, who served as State's Attorney for Baltimore. She gained national attention after the police killing of Freddie Gray in 2015 and her attempt to charge the officers with Gray's murder. She was reelected in 2018 but lost her 2022 election.
