Congressman Gallagher has stated in the past that UFO's might actually be ancient aliens who have been here on Earth a long time. He even postulated that it could be the Terminator effect where aliens are actually humans from the future. When recently asked about UFO's by a reporter Rep. Mike Gallagher responded, “Aliens. Just call them aliens, okay?” It appears that Mr. Gallagher along with several other Congressman has come to the conclusion that we are not talking about drones, the planet Venus or swamp gas.
