🎧 You have a good idea on a Tuesday. Within about 30 seconds you've mentally walked through the waitlist, the sales page, the emails and every app that would need to be connected to every other app... and decided not to bother.

This episode is about what happens when a business has been running long enough that new ideas have to get past everything that came before them. That includes the extra app you added three years ago because Kajabi couldn't do something, the "temporary" Zap that is somehow still running the whole thing, and the process only one person on the team actually understands.

I talk about why "just a quick update" is the kind of task I'm most afraid of, and what it looks like when a project is already underway before anyone notices the problem. I also go through the questions I ask new clients before I touch any design, and a few worth asking yourself before your next idea goes into the too-hard basket.
