The first show we've reviewed that was shot during the pandemic, Connecting... struggles to "connect" with the audience. In the pilot, we are introduced to a multitude of characters with distinct, yet cliche, personalities interacting over Zoom. Annie leads the group as they complain for 20 minutes about kids, social distancing, masks, boredom, and etc. Hopefully our podcast is more entertaining.
