In the face of impending suffering, Jesus offers us the comforts of a home, a loving

father, a willingness to listen, an abundant peace, and His very presence.

The love of Jesus bends down towards us to do for us what we could not do for

ourselves — to cleanse our filth in the face of betrayal and denial.

The grace of God is not an equation to solve. It is a mystery to behold.

When we see the weight of God in Jesus, we worship in the face of misunderstanding and opposition and look to him in his death and resurrection in order to share his glory.
