This week we see the compassion of Jesus in seeing a crowd in need of food and then providing that food. We are meant to have the same love and compassion of Jesus which leads us to see all people through His eternal perspective and their need for Him.

This week, we see God's plan of redemption and rescue not only for the Jews, but for the Gentiles. Jesus came to rescue EVERYONE, what good news!

This week through Mark 7, we see that Jesus calls out those who trust more in their traditions than the commands of God. We must guard against replacing or twisting God's commands for own traditions. The spirit of God's commands are Love God, Love others.

Jesus is the great I AM. Pastor Jon showed us how Jesus demonstrated His power, sovereignty and compassion to His disciples in walking on water, rescuing them and healing the sick in the area.

Jesus feeds over 5,000 people with 5 loaves and 2 fish. Pastor Jon shows us how Jesus is our Good Shepherd who gives us rest, feeds us spiritually and calls us to have compassion as He did.

This week, we look at the story of the the killing of John the Baptist. Pastor Jon shows us we should expect to face persecution because of our faith in Jesus.

Pastor Jon walks us through the teaching of Jesus about opposition to following Him. In the face of hypocrisy, shame, persecution, fear, we must acknowledge Jesus by the Spirit and if doing so we will endure to eternal life.
