Connecting to self, others & the land is what makes us as Indigenous men, also the importance of connecting to something greater than ourselves. 

The answer is that connection is the integral key to wellness, but the process is the reality of what we must journey into. We need to help each other through this process, along with listening to the elders & the ultimate teacher Mother Earth or Country.
