It’s Christmas. Unlike years past, this Christmas doesn’t have the parties, the merriment and physical togetherness. In their absence we can be confronted with the present under the tree that we’ve been ignoring and don’t want: our loneliness.
It’s time to accept the gift of your loneliness and listen to what it’s telling you about your need for real, authentic connection. Yes, it’s scary, but you’re not opening your gift alone.
Join me and my friend Steve Seidel for an important chat in this episode of Connection over Coffee with The Loneliness Guy. Let’s open the gift of your loneliness together.
About Steve
Steve grew up as a very chubby gay boy with buckteeth in Kansas, America’s heartland and the home of Dorothy and The Wizard of Oz.
He eventually found his way to Colorado State University and studied exercise physiology. It’s pretty safe to say that over the past 25 years he’s done a little bit of everything.
But the most important thing he’s done over the years is help thousands of people lead healthier, happier and more active lives.
