In this week's episode "Sleep for the WIN!" we talk about sleep. For many, it is something that we don't take too seriously. In today's society, a lot of us struggle to sleep and are sleeping way too little. We go to bed at different times, we might worry about past events or future happenings.

How can we stay connected to ourselves while we are in connection with others? This is what the practice of Authentic Relating teaches. The practice teaches us to be true to who we are and what we are feeling in any given moment in relation to other people. It teaches us to be curious of our own and the other person's world and experience! It's like meditating, but meditating together. In the curiosity of self and other, more aliveness, playfulness and juicyness awakens!
In this episode of Connection Talks, my friend Salindran Bhullar, a kundalini yoga teacher, mom and coach, talks about consciousness and where she thinks humanity is going. She also shares what it was like to grow up as a middle child and be free from programming and conditioning. She says that we are free to create whatever we want. We are our own creator!
Music has been a great companion for Hanna Handycat from an early age. She discovered a passion for music production and beat-making at the age of 15. A series of challenging events in her mid-twenties led to years of depression and isolation, where she felt disconnected from the music. Now, in her early 30's, she has regained her connection to the music, in a new and deeper way. She has also gained a lot of knowledge on how the mind works and how to work through trauma symptoms, in order to find back to her authentic self.
Check out Hanna's music here. It's filled with love and soul! : https://soundcloud.com/handycat
