Chris started his physical career as a semi professional baseball player and then transitioned into weight lifting, then bodybuilding soon after.
On his journey Chris went to culinary school and worked as a chef for about 9 years and has also been a firefighter as well.
Now a husband and father as and a successful transformation fitness coach and soon to be published author on the topic of competitive bodybuilding we are excited to have coach Chris help us on our journey to conquering midlife.
