Do you ever feel like you aren't making a difference in your world? In this encouraging final message by Dave Schneider in our July series on Haggai we are reminded that God will use us and He will finish His work in and through us! We need to take courage and work!

There is confusion in our culture as to the meaning of "blessed." We tend to connect it with material possessions and unique experiences while the Bible frames blessing as a peaceful and joyous life despite our situation. Haggai's third message to Israel reminds us that God blesses obedience and He uses discipline to call us back from our sin. Dave Schneider considers the blessing that comes from a simple devotion to God.

The people of Israel were discouraged, they needed God to come along side of them and remind them of His promises. We all need encouragement as we seek to serve God! Dave Schneider reminds us of these truths from the second message of Haggai the prophet.

Dave Schneider begins our July sermon series on the prophet Haggai. Haggai was called by God to communicate to the returned exiles of Judah. They had returned to the land but were in danger of repeating the same sins that got the previous generation kicked out in the first place! And it all comes down to examining their priorities. We also need to consider our ways, we need to let God awaken our hearts to His priorities!

How do you respond to opportunity? Every day God persists in providing us with opportunities to grow and be used by Him. Matt Ward concludes our Psalm 78 series with this study of four truths about God's opportunities given to us each day found in Psalm 65-72. (Matt also gives a recap of Kid's Camp at the beginning)

God persists in making a people faithful to Him, who worship and trust in Him alone! Matt Ward teaches through Psalm 78:54-64 and reflects on the root issue of idolatry and how we can grow in God's grace to trust in Him completely.

On Father's Day we considered Psalm 78:1-8 and God's call on us to teach and create a generation confident in God. Dave Schneider continues this series on Psalm 78 and challenges, not only the fathers, but the entire church body to invest in the next generation.
