Breathing into Life will liberate you from old hurts and traumas and help you release it and move into the joy of life.
Want a simple way to regain your composure, balance and peace of mind during a tense day, maybe right in the middle of a rough meeting – breathe! Just ten seconds of relaxing breathing will do. Works for me. No need for a big fuss, anywhere you are at....... just breathe and notice what is happening.
The key is that you’re not just breathing automatically, you’re taking control of your breathing, and paying attention to how you’re breathing. Good stuff.
Of course, that’s a problem causing stress for most people today – we all breathe, but we’re not really aware of our breathing! And under stress, our breathing slows, lessening our intake of oxygen, and lowering our effectiveness while increasing the strain on our physiological and psychological system.

This is an off the cuff my 2 sense of what is happening in this world. Pretty conservative take on the so called "conspiracy" of lots of different things. This is quick mention of the craziness that has been happening here in the US and all around the world. The scary thing is most people are completely clueless and following like good little sheep. A great awakening is upon us and my hope is this makes you dig deeper and really look for yourself. The truth is coming and nothing can stop it. Become aware and have an open mind and open eyes.
I am happy to go into way more detail on any of this in later podcasts. Remember it's good for there to be debate and listen to all sides. No one should be silenced. Know the lies are always loud. The truth is always quiet. I promise.

Join me for a forgiveness exercise for you to use as a tool to help you forgive. Visualizing them in the past and future helps us to sit in the now and look them eyes to eye to forgive. Forgiveness is not for that person but really a gift we give to ourselves. Take your power back and let go of the anger, fear and resentment. Repeat as often as needed.
