We also discuss the fact that if Nichols had complied when first pulled over & removed from his car the second incident that led to his death would never have happened. This of course in no way justifies the beating death of Nichols by the 5-Cops. Apparently instead of trying to pay rent on another apartment he decided to pay nearly $500 dollars to stay 3-days in a motel room & has now extended it for an additional 3-days paying nearly $1,000 in total for 6-days in a motel room. This is just one of countless examples of his poor money management & lack of realistic priorities that has led him to his current situation.
