7-14-26 Conservative Commandos:   Socialists launch radical platform to abolish the President, Supreme Court, Electorial College and Senate!!

As many of its candidates notch electoral wins nationwide, the pre-eminent socialist political group in the U.S., the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), plans to roll out an updated platform that includes eliminating the Senate and replacing the president and the Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary chosen by Congress.
According to a source familiar with the DSA’s planning, the organization plans to roll out an update next week to its long-term vision for a U.S. policy platform. The update includes eliminating the U.S. Senate and replacing the president and the Supreme Court with an executive branch and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress.
Additionally, the updated platform would include amnesty for all immigrants and defunding the Department of War.
This would be in addition to the DSA’s current policy platform, which calls for an "immediate end to all deportations," free migration between countries without restrictive immigration controls, and "extending full voting rights to people with criminal convictions and noncitizens."
Once considered a fringe movement on the Democratic Party’s progressive wing, the DSA has been gaining relevance, with several of its members toppling longtime establishment party figures. This has prompted many to speculate that the DSA represents the Democratic Party’s future.
While the DSA has endorsed the likes of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., perhaps the most prominent member of the group is New York City socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Mamdani, an immigrant from Uganda, burst onto the national consciousness this year after he defeated former Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo in 2025.
Since Mamdani’s victory, the DSA has continued to gain momentum, with endorsed candidates such as Melat Kiros of Colorado and Darializa Avila-Chevalier of New York, defeating sitting Democratic members of Congress in recent months.
These and other victories have emboldened the DSA, which touts itself as a "working-class alternative to the Democratic Party." After a recent round of primary victories, the DSA proclaimed that "only socialism can solve decades of capitalist mismanagement in the U.S."
The group added that "our newly elected leaders will fight for the working class — not for crumbs."
In addition to radically altering the country’s three-branch form of government, the DSA’s existing platform also advocates establishing a 32-hour work week "with no reduction in pay or benefits," the passage of Medicare for All, canceling all student loan debt, the elimination of cash bail and universal rent control.

7-2-26 Conservative Commandos:   Trump says China is the winner in Supreme Court’s birthright citizenship ruling!!

The high court said the Constitution guarantees automatic citizenship to nearly everyone born on American soil, including children born to illegal immigrants and temporary visitors.  Mr. Trump complained about the decision on social media and, in particular, suggested it was a boon for China.  “I would like to congratulate President Xi, and the Great Country of China, on their massive Birthright Citizenship WIN!” he wrote.
During oral argument in the case this spring, the Trump administration pointed to China’s “birth tourism,” where Chinese women come to the U.S. specifically to give birth. Those children enjoy automatic citizenship.  Companies have emerged to facilitate the births, charging tens of thousands of dollars to help the women obtain travel visas, house them while they’re here and even apply for government assistance programs to help offset the medical costs.  Birth tourism isn’t limited to China, though it’s a large player in the market.
Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel A. Alito Jr., who dissented from Tuesday’s ruling, both cited the problem of tourism in their opinions.  Justice Alito said the practice creates a national security issue by allowing people of enemy nations to obtain citizenship.  “Suppose the child never visited the United States while growing up and was inculcated with hatred of this country. According to the court, that person is a citizen of the United States. He can enter and leave the country as he pleases. He can travel the world on a United States passport. Even if he plots to harm this country, he cannot be deprived of his status as a citizen, at least under current precedent,” Justice Alito wrote.
Mr. Trump, on social media, suggested Congress can still step in and act.  “No long and unwieldy Constitutional Amendment is necessary! Congress should start TODAY to work on ending expensive and unfair to our Country, Birthright Citizenship. They will have my Complete and Total Support!” he wrote.

But the court’s ruling seems to prevent that option.  Five justices said the Constitution does guarantee automatic citizenship. To overcome that would seem to require an amendment — something almost unthinkable in the current political climate.  Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh, a Trump appointee, wrote his own opinion Tuesday to say that while he disagreed that the Constitution guaranteed birthright citizenship to children of illegal immigrants and temporary visitors, a federal statute written by Congress in 1940 did.
He said since federal statute trumps an executive order, Mr. Trump’s order was illegal.  Had Justice Kavanaugh’s view prevailed, Mr. Trump’s option of having Congress act might have been viable.  Republicans suggested there may still be wiggle room for Congress to pass legislation redefining who is subject to the 14th Amendment’s citizenship guarantee.
Rep. Chip Roy, Texas Republican, also suggested Congress could pass legislation blocking federal funding from any agency or state that takes an expansive view of birthright citizenship.  “Congress must act immediately and must not hide behind the fiction that it must amend the Constitution to fix this abuse of our laws,” Mr. Roy said.

6-26-26 Conservative Commandos:   Judge Sentences Antifa Terrorist to 100 Years in Prison for Shooting an ICE Officer!

A federal judge sentenced Benjamin Song to 100 years in prison on Tuesday for his role in a July 4, 2025, attack outside a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facility in Alvarado, Texas, where a police officer was shot in the neck.  Federal prosecutors described the incident as a coordinated attack designed to lure law enforcement officers into an ambush.
Song, who was convicted in March, received the longest sentence among nine defendants found guilty following a federal trial.  According to court records and trial testimony, the incident began as a demonstration outside the detention center.  Participants allegedly set off fireworks near the facility, spray-painted vehicles and engaged in acts of vandalism before law enforcement officers arrived.  Prosecutors argued that the vandalism was intended to draw officers out of the facility so they could be targeted.
Alvarado Police Lt. Thomas Gross responded to the scene and was struck in the neck by gunfire.  Gross survived his injuries.
Federal prosecutors identified Song as the individual responsible for firing the shot that wounded the officer.  A jury convicted Song of attempted murder and three counts of discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.  Evidence presented during the trial included surveillance footage, witness testimony, cellphone location data and weapons recovered during the investigation.  A cooperating witness testified that Song later admitted to shooting a law enforcement officer during the attack.
Federal prosecutors said the assault followed weeks of planning and communication among participants.

6-25-26 Conservative Commandos:   FBI Captures Fugitive Linked to One of the Largest Medicare Fraud Schemes in History!! 

A fugitive accused of helping orchestrate one of the largest Medicare fraud conspiracies in U.S. history has been captured after nearly two years on the run.
Federal authorities said Herbert Leon Kimble, 60, was arrested in the Philippines and returned to the United States to face proceedings connected to a healthcare fraud scheme that allegedly generated more than $1.2 billion in Medicare billings.
FBI Director Kash Patel highlighted the arrest in a post on X, writing, “If you defraud the American people….I told you we WILL find you!”  He added, “We are just getting started!”  Vice President JD Vance, who leads the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud, also praised the arrest and credited the task force’s partnership with the FBI.  “Our message is simple. If you defraud the American people, we will find you and we will bring you to justice,” Vance wrote on X.  He added that Kimble allegedly preyed on elderly Americans and cost taxpayers more than $1 billion.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said Kimble’s attempt to avoid accountability ultimately failed.  “Instead of facing accountability for his $1.2 billion Medicare fraud crimes in the United States, Kimble fled to the Philippines hoping to escape justice,” Blanche wrote on X. “That plan failed.”
Prosecutors allege Kimble played a central role in a healthcare fraud operation that generated more than $1.2 billion in Medicare billings and affected thousands of beneficiaries, many of them elderly Americans.  Investigators contend the scheme relied on telemarketing networks and medical equipment suppliers to promote orthopedic braces and other durable medical equipment, often without legitimate medical necessity, according to the Grants Pass Tribune.
Authorities have said telemedicine arrangements were used to obtain prescriptions and support reimbursement claims, allowing the operation to generate large volumes of Medicare billings over several years.

6-23-26 Conservative Commandos:   Major dispute to threaten Trump's Iran deal over billions in frozen Tehran funds!!

As U.S. and Iranian negotiators met in Switzerland on Sunday, a regional analyst warned that a dispute over billions in potentially unfrozen Iranian assets could quickly test the durability of a fledgling interim agreement.  The disagreement is emerging, they say, as Washington and Tehran begin implementing the memorandum of understanding signed June 17, with negotiators holding the first round of talks at Bürgenstock, near Lucerne, Switzerland.
According to Iran International, President Masoud Pezeshkian had signaled Tehran's expectations early Sunday, saying, "$6 billion of our funds in Qatar will be returned. Trump, who tried to deny Iran its rights, acknowledged them in his recent speech."  He also stressed that any access to the funds remains strictly conditional, writing on Truth Social that Iran would receive "not ten cents" during the 60-day negotiation period if it failed to uphold its commitments.
"There are effectively two competing narratives about the frozen funds," Alex Vatanka, a senior fellow at the Middle East Institute.  "Releasing frozen assets is not simply an economic question. It is one of the central political tests of trust between Tehran and Washington and will likely become one of the first major implementation disputes in the weeks ahead," Vatanka added.
Paragraph 11 of the MOU framework states that the United States "undertakes to make fully available" restricted and frozen Iranian funds.  However, the agreement ties any release of funds to a step-by-step process based on compliance, rather than granting immediate, unrestricted access.  "First, there remains considerable uncertainty over the total amount of Iranian assets frozen abroad," Vatanka said.
"Iranian officials often speak of more than $100 billion, while Western estimates range higher. The immediate negotiations, however, appear focused on securing access to roughly $24 billion to $25 billion as an initial tranche."  Iran's frozen assets are widely estimated at between $100 billion and $120 billion and held under sanctions and financial restrictions in countries including China, India, Iraq and South Korea, according to reporting by the Wall Street Journal.
Vatanka said the central dispute extends beyond the size of the payout.  "The real dispute is not simply about how much money Iran receives, but who ultimately controls how it is spent."  "Iranian officials are emphasizing sovereignty over the funds, while the United States is trying to preserve leverage by attaching conditions to their use," he added as talks got underway Sunday.
However, Western intelligence officials remain concerned that unfrozen funds could be diverted to regional conflicts rather than domestic development projects.  Reuters reported that Iran has already signaled to Hezbollah that increased financial support could resume if Tehran's cash flow improves.  "This issue also has an important regional dimension," Vatanka said. "Iran has pledged to direct a portion of those reconstruction funds toward supporting its weakened proxy network in Lebanon."
"The United States has insisted that Iran cannot use any unfrozen assets to fund terrorist organizations, warning that access to the funds would be revoked if Tehran violates the terms of the agreement," he added.
