I was inspired to write this after completing a 30 day journaling practice. This 30 days taught me a lot about myself. Mainly that my motivation disappears quite quickly and  I get bored with repetition lol . However I maintained the consistency to the end. I did take away some great insights about myself, built my confidence in me and that I can complete something despite not being 100 % motivated.
