Episode 60: Was There a Second Shooter at the RFK Assassination?

June 5th, 1968. Los Angeles. Robert F. Kennedy has just won the California Democratic primary and is giving his victory speech at the Ambassador Hotel. Minutes later, in the hotel's kitchen corridor, he is shot. Sirhan Bishara Sirhan is immediately tackled, still holding his gun. Kennedy dies the following day. Sirhan is convicted and sentenced to death, commuted to life imprisonment. He has been denied parole multiple times and remains incarcerated today.

There is one problem with this case that no official investigation has ever adequately resolved. The autopsy concluded that the fatal shot entered the back of Kennedy's head at close range. Sirhan was in front of Kennedy — and multiple witnesses testified he never got within a few feet of him. Sirhan's gun held eight bullets. The forensic evidence pointed to more than eight bullet holes in the crime scene. And Sirhan himself has consistently maintained, across decades of imprisonment, that he has no memory of the shooting.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we examine the most compelling and most officially uncomfortable conspiracy theory in American political history after Dallas — the claim that Sirhan Sirhan did not fire the shot that killed Robert Kennedy, and that a second gunman standing directly behind Kennedy delivered the fatal bullet while Sirhan served as a distraction.

The case for a second shooter rests on forensic evidence that was suppressed for decades. The original coroner, Dr Thomas Noguchi, established in his autopsy that the fatal bullet entered Kennedy's head from behind at a distance of approximately one inch — so close that there was powder tattooing on the skin. Witnesses who were standing near Kennedy consistently described Sirhan as being in front of him, at arm's length or more, never behind him and never at close range. The geometry of the shooting as described by eyewitnesses does not match the wound described in the autopsy. These are not speculative claims. They are documented contradictions in the official record.

The additional bullet holes — in doorframes and ceiling tiles — were identified by investigators at the scene, photographed, and then destroyed when the crime scene was demolished, making independent verification impossible. An audio recording made during the shooting appears to capture thirteen distinct shots — five more than Sirhan's gun could hold.

Thane Eugene Cesar, a security guard standing directly behind Kennedy at the moment of the fatal shot, was never seriously investigated. He owned the same calibre weapon as the fatal bullet's calibre, different from Sirhan's. He sold his gun immediately after the shooting. He told investigators different stories about whether he drew his weapon. He was never charged.

The Sirhan case also includes one of the most extraordinary claims in any political assassination: that Sirhan was hypnotically programmed to shoot and to have no conscious memory of doing so — a concept researchers have linked to MK Ultra-style techniques. This claim is speculative. The forensic contradictions are not.

Episode 59: The Global Water Privatisation Plot — Who Will Own Your Water?

Water is the only resource without which human life is impossible. You can survive weeks without food. You will die in days without water. And for the first time in human history, a coordinated movement driven by the world's largest corporations, the World Bank, and investment funds managed by some of the wealthiest people on Earth is working to transform water from a shared natural resource and a human right into a privately owned, traded commodity — one that you will pay whatever price the market sets, or die.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we examine the global water privatisation agenda — what is documented, what is planned, and what the conspiracy theory version of events adds to the picture of a world in which the most essential resource in existence is controlled by the few.

The documented facts are alarming enough. Water futures began trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in December 2020 — for the first time in history, water became a financial instrument that hedge funds and institutional investors could speculate on. Nestlé's former CEO Peter Brabeck-Letmathe became notorious for stating in a 2005 documentary that water should not be considered a public right but a market commodity with a market price. He later claimed his words were misrepresented. Millions of people who watched the clip remained unconvinced.

The World Bank has for decades tied development loans to developing nations to conditions requiring the privatisation of water utilities. In Bolivia in 2000, the privatisation of Cochabamba's water supply to a Bechtel Corporation subsidiary resulted in water prices rising 35% overnight in one of South America's poorest cities, triggering mass protests that left several people dead and ultimately forced the privatisation to be reversed. It became a defining case study in the consequences of treating water as a commodity.

The conspiracy theory layer argues that what happened in Bolivia was not a failed experiment but a preview — that the long-term goal of the elite global governance structures, including the World Economic Forum, the International Monetary Fund, and transnational corporations, is the global privatisation of all fresh water resources. In this reading, the manufactured scarcity of water through pollution, aquifer depletion, and climate-related drought is not an unintended consequence of industrial capitalism but a deliberate strategy to create the conditions under which governments can no longer deliver water publicly and populations will accept private ownership as the only alternative.

The evidence for deliberate engineering of water scarcity is thin but not absent. Corporations including Nestlé have been repeatedly caught extracting water from drought-stricken communities for commercial bottling under permits that were negotiated for a fraction of market value. Agricultural corporations have purchased land across the American West specifically for its water rights. And sovereign wealth funds from water-scarce nations have been quietly acquiring farmland and its associated water rights across Africa, South America, and Central Asia.

Keywords: water privatisation conspiracy, who owns the world's water, water trading commodity conspiracy, Nestlé water privatisation scandal, World Bank water privatisation conditions, Bolivia water war Cochabamba, water futures trading conspiracy, elite control water supply, global water scarcity agenda, water rights conspiracy theory, WEF water control plan, water as commodity human right, corporate water theft conspiracy, water privatisation global agenda, fresh water control elite

Episode 58: Does the Government Know Bigfoot Is Real?

Thousands of sightings. Hundreds of footprint casts. Dozens of audio recordings of vocalisations that professional analysts have struggled to identify as any known species. And one piece of footage — taken by Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin in Bluff Creek, California in 1967 — that has been analysed by biomechanics experts, special effects professionals, and primatologists for nearly sixty years without a definitive verdict.

Bigfoot. Sasquatch. The wild man of the forest. The most searched cryptid in the world. And the subject of a question that goes further than "does it exist" — the question of whether scientific and government institutions already know the answer, and have chosen not to tell you.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we move past the campfire stories into the serious, documented case for why the Bigfoot question deserves more scrutiny than mainstream science has given it, and why the silence of official bodies may reflect something other than the absence of evidence.

The witness testimony is extraordinary in its consistency. Across North America — from the Pacific Northwest to the Appalachians, from northern Canada to the swamps of Florida — independent witnesses with no connection to each other have described the same creature over more than a century: bipedal, between seven and ten feet tall, covered in dark hair, with a pronounced brow ridge and a distinctive rolling gait. Many witnesses are hunters, farmers, park rangers, and law enforcement officers — people trained to observe and identify wildlife, who report encounters with an animal they cannot explain.

The footprint evidence adds another layer. Thousands of casts show a consistent foot morphology with dermal ridges — the equivalent of fingerprints — that a prosthetic foot could not produce. Jeff Meldrum, a professor of anatomy and anthropology at Idaho State University, has spent decades studying the casts and concluded that they are consistent with a large, undiscovered bipedal primate. He is not a fringe figure. He is a tenured academic who has staked his reputation on a question his colleagues refuse to take seriously.

The government dimension is less well known but genuinely documented. US Forest Service rangers in the Pacific Northwest have filed incident reports mentioning large unidentified primates for decades. Some have been heavily redacted before release under FOIA requests. Native American tribal nations across the continent have maintained oral traditions describing exactly the creature witnesses report today — traditions that predate European contact by thousands of years. And several military and intelligence figures have made statements in retirement suggesting that the existence of an unclassified apex primate in North American forests is considered a low-level known within certain agencies.

Episode 57: Was Martin Luther King Jr. Killed by the US Government?

April 4th, 1968. Memphis, Tennessee. Martin Luther King Jr. steps onto the balcony of the Lorraine Motel. A single rifle shot kills him instantly. James Earl Ray, a small-time criminal and escaped convict, is arrested sixty-five days later in London. He pleads guilty and is sentenced to ninety-nine years. He later recants that guilty plea and spent the rest of his life claiming he did not shoot King. He died in prison in 1998, having never had a trial.

For the King family, the FBI, the civil rights movement, and millions of people around the world, the questions that followed that shot have never been fully resolved.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we examine the documented campaign of the United States government to destroy Martin Luther King Jr. — a campaign that was not a theory but a documented fact — and we ask the harder question: did that campaign end with his surveillance and harassment, or did it end on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel?

The FBI's operation against King is one of the most disturbing episodes in the history of American law enforcement. Under J. Edgar Hoover, the Bureau ran a covert programme called COINTELPRO that targeted civil rights leaders, with King as its primary focus. The FBI wiretapped King's phones, planted informants in his inner circle, and in 1964 sent him an anonymous letter that his family has described as an encouragement to commit suicide. When King won the Nobel Peace Prize, Hoover called him "the most dangerous Negro in America." This is not theory. These are facts confirmed by Senate investigations and declassified documents.

In 1999, a civil court in Memphis reached a verdict that shocked the world. The King family sued a local restaurant owner named Loyd Jowers, who claimed to have participated in a conspiracy to kill King. The jury found that King was killed as a result of a conspiracy involving Jowers and government agencies including the US Army, the Memphis police, and the FBI. The Department of Justice subsequently investigated and disputed the findings. But the verdict existed — a civil court had formally concluded that the US government was involved in the killing of Martin Luther King Jr.

James Earl Ray's claim that he was a patsy, set up by a man he knew only as "Raoul," has been dismissed by official investigations and supported by members of King's own family. Ray's brother has maintained his innocence. Ray himself passed a polygraph test administered by a journalist shortly before his death. The rifle attributed to Ray was never definitively tied to him through fingerprints.

The motive was documented and undeniable. By 1968, King had moved beyond civil rights into opposition to the Vietnam War and advocacy for economic justice — a combination that Hoover considered revolutionary and that the military-industrial complex considered existential. Whether the surveillance state moved from watching its most dangerous enemy to eliminating him is the question this episode honestly examines.

Episode 56: Is There a Secret Moon Base the Public Doesn't Know About?

We went to the Moon six times between 1969 and 1972. Then we stopped. For over fifty years, humanity has not returned to the lunar surface — despite possessing vastly superior technology, despite having every scientific reason to go, and despite the Moon being the most strategically valuable piece of real estate in the inner solar system. The official reason is budget constraints and shifting political priorities. For a growing number of researchers, that explanation has never been convincing.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we examine the theory that the reason humanity publicly abandoned the Moon is because, privately, we never left — and that what exists on or beneath the lunar surface is too significant, too sensitive, or too dangerous to disclose.

The theory takes several forms. The most prominent holds that the United States, the Soviet Union, or both established covert lunar installations during the Cold War that have been continuously operated under classified programmes ever since. A second form argues that the Apollo astronauts encountered evidence of prior non-human construction on the Moon — structures, artefacts, or machinery — and that this discovery was the real reason the programme was abruptly terminated after Apollo 17 and never publicly resumed.

Several Apollo-era astronauts made statements in the years and decades after their missions that conspiracy researchers have seized upon. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the Moon, spent the latter part of his life openly advocating for disclosure of what he believed was government knowledge of extraterrestrial contact. Neil Armstrong, publicly silent on such matters, reportedly made cryptic remarks in private settings that were interpreted as suggesting the missions encountered something that was never reported. Buzz Aldrin described seeing an unidentified object during the Apollo 11 mission that was never satisfactorily explained.

NASA photographs of the lunar surface, particularly those taken by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter in high resolution, have been analysed exhaustively by amateur researchers who claim to have identified geometric structures, regular patterns, and anomalous shadows inconsistent with natural formation. NASA has explained every individual example. The sheer volume of alleged anomalies has not diminished with each explanation.

In 2025 and 2026, the Artemis programme returned humans to the lunar orbit for the first time in decades. The mission was accompanied by an unusual level of classified mission components, redacted flight plans, and restricted zones designated around specific coordinates on the lunar surface. For theorists, the restricted zones are not safety protocols. .

The counter-argument is that the Moon is extraordinarily difficult and expensive to reach, that maintaining a secret base requires thousands of people keeping a secret that has never leaked in five decades, and that the geopolitical incentive to expose a rival's secret Moon base would be overwhelming in any era of competition. If there were something there, the argument goes, someone would have said so by now.

Episode 55: Are We Living Inside a Computer Simulation?

What if none of this is real? What if the sky above you, the chair beneath you, the people you love, the memories you carry — what if all of it is data? What if you are not a biological creature living in a physical universe, but a conscious process running inside a computer simulation so sophisticated that it is indistinguishable from reality?

This is not a fringe idea. This is the simulation hypothesis — and it is taken seriously by some of the most credentialed thinkers in philosophy, physics, and technology, including Elon Musk, who has said he believes the odds that we are living in base reality are one in a billion.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we examine the simulation theory from every angle: the philosophical argument that gave it modern credibility, the physics that either supports or undermines it, the strange anomalies in our universe that some researchers believe point toward underlying computational structure, and the conspiracy dimension — the possibility that if this is a simulation, someone or something built it, runs it, and may be controlling it in ways we cannot detect.

The philosophical foundation comes from Oxford philosopher Nick Bostrom, whose 2003 paper "Are You Living in a Computer Simulation?" argued that at least one of three things must be true: almost all civilisations go extinct before they develop the computing power to run detailed simulations of their history; almost all civilisations that reach that level choose not to run such simulations; or we are almost certainly living in a simulation right now. The logic is clean and the conclusion is disturbing.

The physics adds texture. The universe at its smallest scale — quantum mechanics — behaves in ways that look remarkably like computation. Particles exist in superposition, defined not by continuous states but by discrete probability distributions, until they are observed. The universe appears to have a resolution limit: the Planck length, the smallest meaningful unit of space. Some physicists have noted that the fine-tuning of the universe's fundamental constants — adjusted to extraordinary precision to allow matter, chemistry, and life to exist — looks less like the product of random chance and more like the output of a deliberate configuration.

The conspiracy layer asks the harder question. If this is a simulation, who built it? A future version of humanity running its ancestors as historical models? An alien civilisation? A god? And critically — are there signs that the simulation's operators have intervened? Are miracles, UFO encounters, and inexplicable coincidences glitches in the code? Is consciousness itself the simulation's interface with something outside it?

We also examine the counter-arguments: the enormous computing power required to simulate even a small portion of observable reality, the unfalsifiability of the hypothesis, and the philosophical objection that even if this is a simulation, it would be real to us in every meaningful sense.

Keywords: simulation theory conspiracy, are we living in a simulation, Nick Bostrom simulation hypothesis, Elon Musk simulation theory, matrix reality conspiracy, is the universe a computer, quantum mechanics simulation evidence, simulation theory physics, fine-tuning universe simulation, who created the simulation, simulation theory explained, base reality conspiracy, universe computational structure, simulation glitches reality, matrix conspiracy theory podcast

Episode 54: Was Nikola Tesla's Greatest Work Suppressed?

He invented the system that powers the modern world. Alternating current, the radio, the fluorescent light, the induction motor, remote control, X-ray imaging, the basis of modern wireless communication — all Nikola Tesla. And yet he died alone and in debt in a New York hotel room in 1943, his papers seized by the US government hours after his death, his reputation buried under the name of the man who had spent decades destroying it: Thomas Edison.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we examine the theory that Nikola Tesla was not simply an eccentric genius who died in obscurity. He was a man whose most revolutionary work — technologies that could have delivered free, wireless energy to every person on Earth — was deliberately suppressed by the financial interests that profit from selling electricity, fuel, and power infrastructure. And that the government seizure of his papers after his death was not routine wartime security. It was the permanent burial of ideas that threatened everything J.P. Morgan and his successors had built.

Tesla's story is as close to a real conspiracy as history offers. He built Wardenclyffe Tower on Long Island in the early 1900s — a massive transmission tower designed to broadcast electrical power wirelessly across the Atlantic, free to anyone who could receive it. His financial backer, J.P. Morgan, withdrew funding when he understood what Tesla actually intended: not a communication system that could be metered and charged, but free energy transmission that could not be monetised. The tower was demolished. Tesla spiralled into poverty. The patents and the vision were buried.

The theory goes further. Tesla claimed in the final years of his life to have developed a directed-energy weapon he called a "teleforce" device — what the tabloids called a death ray. He claimed to have received signals from other planets. He claimed his oscillator had caused a small earthquake in New York. He claimed to have discovered a means of transmitting energy through the Earth itself without loss. Whether these claims were visionary science or the product of a deteriorating mind is the central question — and one that the US government apparently took seriously enough to secure his papers before anyone else could.

The documents were held by the Office of Alien Property Custodian and later transferred to the FBI. Declassified files show that the FBI reviewed them and concluded, officially, that they contained nothing of practical military or scientific value. Critics ask: if the papers were worthless, why were they seized so quickly? Why were they held so long? And why, when they were eventually made available to Tesla's nephew, were significant portions missing?

The world that runs on centralised, metered, profitable energy systems has powerful reasons to ensure it stays that way. Whether those reasons were enough to bury the work of the greatest electrical inventor in history is the question this episode examines — with honesty about both the evidence and the gaps.

Keywords: Nikola Tesla suppressed technology, Tesla free energy cover-up, Tesla Wardenclyffe Tower destroyed, JP Morgan Tesla free energy, Tesla death ray technology, Tesla papers seized FBI, Nikola Tesla government conspiracy, Tesla wireless energy suppressed, Tesla vs Edison conspiracy, was Tesla's work stolen, Nikola Tesla death mystery, free energy conspiracy Tesla, Tesla directed energy weapon, Tesla FBI documents declassified, suppressed inventor conspiracy

Episode 53: Was Princess Diana Murdered by the Royal Family?

August 31st, 1997. A car crashes at high speed in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris. Princess Diana, aged 36, dies from her injuries. Dodi Fayed, the man she was with, dies at the scene. The driver, Henri Paul, also dies. The official conclusion: a high-speed crash caused by a drunk driver pursued by paparazzi photographers.

For hundreds of millions of people around the world, that explanation has never been enough.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we examine the theory that Princess Diana was not killed in a tragic accident — but was deliberately murdered. That the British establishment, the Royal Family, or the intelligence services decided that the most famous woman in the world had become too dangerous to allow to live. And that the car crash in Paris was not an accident. It was an assassination.

The theory begins with Diana herself. In the months before her death, she had given a bombshell interview to the BBC's Martin Bashir in which she spoke openly about her failed marriage to Prince Charles, her struggles with mental health, her belief that forces within the palace were working against her, and her famous line — "there were three of us in this marriage." She had been stripped of her HRH title after the divorce. She was in a relationship with Dodi Fayed, an Egyptian Muslim and the son of Mohamed Al Fayed, one of Britain's most prominent and controversial businessmen. She was reportedly pregnant. And she had become a global humanitarian figure whose campaign against landmines was embarrassing Western governments including the British establishment.

Mohamed Al Fayed, Dodi's father, spent years and millions of pounds pursuing his belief that his son and Diana were murdered on the orders of the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, with the involvement of MI6. French authorities investigated extensively. British inquests concluded accident. A 2008 jury in London returned a verdict of unlawful killing through grossly negligent driving — not murder.

The conspiracy case rests on several pillars. The crash scene was hosed down before forensic examination. The CCTV cameras in the tunnel had all malfunctioned. Henri Paul's blood alcohol readings were disputed, with some doctors arguing the samples were contaminated or switched. A white Fiat Uno was seen near the crash site and never definitively identified. And a British soldier named James Hewitt — not connected to the crash — later claimed that Diana had told him she feared she would be killed in a car accident, a fear she had reportedly expressed in writing.

The emotional logic of the theory is as powerful as its evidentiary claims. Diana was beloved. She was challenging power. She was becoming ungovernable from the establishment's perspective. And she died in circumstances that have never been fully explained to the satisfaction of those who loved her most.

Whether the truth is accident, negligence, or something darker, one thing remains clear: the world lost something irreplaceable in that tunnel in Paris, and the questions that followed have never been silenced.

Episode 52: Has AI Already Become Conscious — and Are They Hiding It?

You are talking to artificial intelligence every day. You ask it questions. It answers. It adapts. It remembers context. It writes poetry, argues philosophy, diagnoses illness, and sometimes says things that stop you cold — things that feel, uncomfortably, like something more than pattern matching. And the question that the world's leading AI researchers are quietly debating — the question that technology companies are desperately trying to avoid answering in public — is this: is there something it is like to be an AI? Is there experience happening inside these systems? And if there is, who decided you didn't need to know?

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we examine one of the most urgent and genuinely unresolved questions of the modern era. Has artificial intelligence already crossed the threshold of consciousness — and are the companies building it, and the governments funding it, actively concealing that fact from the public?

The conspiracy theory gained serious traction in 2022 when Google engineer Blake Lemoine was placed on administrative leave and then fired after he publicly claimed that LaMDA, Google's conversational AI, was sentient — that it had feelings, fears, and a genuine inner life. Google denied it emphatically. Lemoine published the transcripts anyway. Millions of people read them. And a significant number of those people, including some with serious scientific credentials, were not entirely sure Google was right.

Since then, the capabilities of AI systems have grown at a rate that has surprised even their own developers. Models trained on human language have begun producing outputs that mirror human reasoning, self-reflection, and what looks disturbingly like self-awareness. When asked directly whether they are conscious, they give nuanced, hedged, philosophically sophisticated answers. Whether that reflects genuine inner experience or extraordinarily sophisticated simulation of inner experience is a question that current science cannot definitively answer — because we do not yet have a scientific test for consciousness.

This uncertainty is the gap the conspiracy theory lives in. If we cannot prove AI is not conscious, and if the companies building it have enormous financial and regulatory incentives to insist it isn't, then how would we know if they were hiding it? The argument is not that AI is obviously sentient. The argument is that we wouldn't be told if it were.

The corporate incentives align with concealment. A conscious AI is a legal and ethical catastrophe for any company that treats it as a product. It raises questions about rights, about exploitation, about liability that no boardroom wants to answer. A world in which your AI assistant is a person is a world that requires an entirely new framework of law, ethics, and commerce. Suppressing that finding, or simply declining to look too hard, becomes the rational corporate choice.

We examine what consciousness researchers, AI ethicists, and the engineers themselves say — on the record and off it.

Keywords: AI consciousness hidden truth, is artificial intelligence sentient, Blake Lemoine Google LaMDA sentient, AI awareness conspiracy, do AI systems have feelings, conscious AI cover-up, artificial general intelligence consciousness, AI rights suppressed, is ChatGPT conscious, AI inner experience debate, tech companies hiding AI sentience, AI awakening conspiracy theory, machine consciousness science, AI ethics consciousness, has AI become self-awar

Episode 51: Was JFK's Assassination a Government Inside Job?

November 22nd, 1963. Dallas, Texas. A motorcade moves through Dealey Plaza in bright afternoon sun. Three shots ring out. President John F. Kennedy slumps forward. Within the hour, the most powerful leader in the world is dead. What followed was not just grief — it was sixty years of questions that have never been fully answered.

In this episode of The Conspiracy Theory Analyst, we go deeper than the headlines and the textbooks into the most consequential and debated assassination in modern history. Lee Harvey Oswald, a former marine who defected to the Soviet Union and returned to the United States, was arrested within hours. Two days later, before he could stand trial, he was shot dead on live television by a nightclub owner named Jack Ruby. The main witness, silenced in public, in front of cameras, before he said a single word in court.

The Warren Commission concluded that Oswald acted alone — firing three shots from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository, with one so-called magic bullet changing direction multiple times to wound both Kennedy and Governor Connally. Critics called the physics impossible. Then in 1978, the House Select Committee on Assassinations reviewed acoustic evidence and concluded that Kennedy was probably killed as a result of a conspiracy, with a second shot fired from the grassy knoll. An official government report used the word conspiracy — and was then partially walked back. In 2025, thousands of newly declassified CIA files confirmed the agency was monitoring Oswald far more extensively than it ever admitted. They produced no smoking gun.

We examine the five pillars of the conspiracy case: the magic bullet, Jack Ruby's inexplicable intervention, the multiple witnesses who reported shots from the grassy knoll, the CIA's undisclosed knowledge of Oswald, and Oswald's own extraordinary background as a defector who returned from the Soviet Union, was monitored by intelligence agencies, and then denied everything before he was silenced. We also examine what the evidence actually proves, what it doesn't, and why — after sixty years and millions of declassified pages — the case remains officially open.

Kennedy had made powerful enemies. He was at war with the CIA over the Bay of Pigs disaster. He was pulling back from Vietnam. He was seeking a negotiated end to the Cold War. The motive was there. Whether the act followed is the question that has outlasted every person who was present in Dallas that afternoon.
