#287: Can babies eat prunes? Dried sticky fruits like prunes (...the fruit formerly known as “dried plums”) can be a choking hazard for early eaters. But prunes are a valuable source of nutrition and can help constipated babies…plus it’s super easy to modify them and make safe for baby-led weaning.
