Today we're joined by two brilliant brummies: Ash Mahoney of Mahoney Brickwork and Dave Finnegan of Elwood Enterprises!

We get into how the lads found their way into construction, stories from the industry, building a following online and how content creation has changed their lives. We also discuss ADHD, autism, education, ai, stress, trauma and the pressures that come with performing at the highest level...

Ash opens up about his Super Trowel experience, while Dave talks about Strongest Builder nerves. We finally explore the mental side of sport before finishing on a fun note with a three-round Bricky vs Chippy Quiz!! (Find out who's thicker out of the two.)

And finally, this episode marks two full years of uploading every single week, and is the last episode of The Construction Sport Podcast in its current form. We're changing how we produce content, so don't expect us to be gone for long, and while a return to the pod isn't ruled out, this marks the end of The CS Podcast as you know it.

We've always wanted to give construction a voice, bring people together from the tools, the office, the boardrooms and anywhere in between to share vital stories & perspectives. This final episode is a fitting way to celebrate that community.
