What’s your story? Believe it or not, we all have a story to share. Each of us has had a truly unique experience thus far and you never know who you may help when you share your story.
The thing is, some of us may feel like we don’t have a story to share or if we do, we’re scared to share it. I hope after you listen to this episode today, you feel empowered to share it.
In this episode, I’m chatting with, dare I say, the dopest guest I’ve ever had on the podcast, Ehmandah Ramsey.
Ehmandah Ramsey is an entrepreneur, speaker, well-being guide, and host of the Dope Confidence Podcast. Her entrepreneurial journey began when she became a trailblazer in the coworking space movement. As one of only 100 women to found and operate a Coworking space in the United States in 2016, Ehmandah brought coworking to the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County. This experience exemplifies her commitment to innovation and community building. Beyond founding successful businesses, her true passion lies in empowering women.
More than a coach, Ehmandah is the Gift Investor. Fueled by her journey of overcoming adversity, she sees the potential within every woman and ignites a fire to shatter limiting beliefs. Ehmandah empowers them with the mentorship, support, and unwavering belief they need to build unshakeable confidence and achieve success. Ehmandah’s dedication extends to She Stories, a platform she founded. She Stories provides a safe space for women to share their stories, fostering connection and healing through the power of storytelling. With over 200 stories told, She Stories has empowered countless women to embrace their voices and rewrite their narratives.
Ehmandah's journey is a testament to the power we all hold to rewrite our stories.
I am so grateful that I was introduced to Ehmanduh and that she came on my podcast. She is the real deal and I am very excited for you to get to know her!

Trauma is universal. It’s something that we’ve all experienced to some degree if we’ve lived on this earth long enough. Over the last few years, people have become more comfortable with sharing their trauma, which is a good thing, I think. But just like a lot of things, it can become watered down and not hold as much weight as it used to. If you’re a loyal listener of this podcast, you know that I like to have real and unique conversations about all sorts of topics and this is definitely one of those.
In this episode, I’m joined by Rae Leonard who has experienced her share of trauma and addiction.
Rae Leonard is an author, intuitive guide, and coach. Her latest book is titled High Sobriety: A Trip Out of the Bottle Into Your Intuition. She draws on several areas of expertise, including Jivamukti Yoga, VortexHealing®, Conscious Language, and Master cleansing, to help people who are ready for post-traumatic growth. Rae combines her coaching practice with frequency work, biofeedback, and transformation to help her clients intentionally change their deeply rooted patterns and unearth a carefully calibrated inner compass.
Rae is truly a ray of sunshine and I loved our conversation. Rae and I talk about trauma and how we can grow from what we’ve experienced. What I took away from our conversation was so much more than I expected and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised once you hear it.

Are you feeling burned out? Or have you ever experienced burnout? I get it. I’ve been there too. Burnout is common these days, and there’s no real handbook to help us recognize it or get through it. My guest, Tania Vasallo has dealt with her share of burnout and is here to help us recognize the signs, ways that we can identify that it’s happening, and how we can recover from it.
Tania Vasallo is the Founder of The Courage To Be, a global community of high-achieving entrepreneurs working to break free from their limiting beliefs about money, live a life of unlimited abundance, and achieve success without burning out. Tania is an international speaker, Napoleon Hill certified coach, money mindset and success expert, retreat facilitator, mentor, investor, philanthropist, and mom. She started her business with a toddler in hand and grew it to more than six figures in just four years, working only 20 hours per week. She now specializes in teaching the science of the mind and transforming her clients’ beliefs so they can make more money, achieve their desired success, and live a lifestyle of freedom.

Feeling stuck? It could be a distortion pattern.
Don’t know what a distortion pattern is? I didn’t either until I chatted with my guest, Karen Cheong. She explains distortion patterns so beautifully and why they make us feel stuck.
Karen Cheong, the visionary force behind Spherical Luminosity, is an internationally recognized transformational speaker, writer, and healer. With over 25 years of experience guiding individuals on their paths to self-realization and empowerment, Karen has become a beacon of inspiration. Her transformative journey, sparked by a health crisis in her early 20s, led her to explore mystical and energetic realms, ultimately uncovering the power of releasing unconscious blocks called distortion patterns. Today, through Spherical Luminosity, Karen empowers clients to rewrite their spiritual blueprints and embrace the abundance of the present moment.
If you can’t seem to shake the feeling of being stuck, it could be a distortion pattern, and releasing it might be the key you need to live a more confident, and high-vibration life.

Does networking make you nervous? Do you wish you had more confidence when it came to networking? Are you wondering how you can grow the relationships you’ve made through networking?
Then you don’t want to miss my interview with Michael Thompson. Michael grew up painfully shy with a debilitating stutter. Despite still being shy, and at times, still stuttering, today he’s a career coach, leadership lecturer for master’s students in Barcelona, Spain, and a strategic communication advisor to top business leaders around the globe.
Michael is the author of Shy by Design: 12 Timeless Principles to Quietly Stand Out and his work has been featured in dozens of mainstream publications including Business Insider, Fast Company, Apple News, Oprah Magazine, and the Blog of Steven Pressfield. When he’s not working with students and clients to scale their impact on their own terms, he can be found exploring the Mediterranean with his wife and two young boys in his adopted home of Palamós, Spain.

Turning 30 is something that a lot of us dread. It’s as if the age that we thought was so “old” when we were young has finally crept up on us and there’s nothing that you can do about it. A lot of us are scared to turn 30 because we loved our 20s so much. In our 20s we had the freedom to figure it out but once you turn 30, you feel like you should be who you’re gonna be for the rest of your life and that couldn’t be further from the truth.
I couldn’t be more stoked to bring you my conversation with the incomparable, Melissa Vega-Magbitang.
Melissa is a brand and social media strategist who works with purpose-forward organizations, blending storytelling with brand clarity and confidence. After a decade of combined agency and in-house experience, (and a layoff) she pivoted to solopreneurship and opened up her own consulting services.
Other titles she's proud of include co-founder and co-host of Piloting, a podcast for those who refuse to live on autopilot, dog mom, godmother, CEO of the Magbitang Gang (aka wife), and connector.
If you’re in your 30s or said goodbye to your 30s a long time ago, I hope you are encouraged after listening to this episode. And if you’re nervous about turning 30 I hope this gives you some hope that they’re not that bad.

When I have guests on my podcast, I always like to have a topic, but sometimes there’s beauty in having a conversation with a guest about one thing and it surprisingly leads to something we didn’t even plan for.
What started as an interview about redefining failure and success turned into a really beautiful story of how a former professional poker player left poker behind to pursue a life that provided him with more than he could ever have imagined. And how a set of unique circumstances led him to start a non-profit focused on helping others approach hard conversations.
Doug Wallace Jr. – President and Founder of The Hopeful Elephant Organization (THEO) is a former poker player turned Director in the Health and Fitness industry. Throughout his education and work, Doug has been creative in addressing challenging situations with compassion and professionalism. His approach to building strong relationships centers around open and honest communication. Doug’s simple idea of using a toy elephant to symbolize there is something you need to talk about has evolved into a 501c3 non-profit organization. By making the elephant in the room something you look forward to rather than avoid, THEO is on a mission to make the world a better place one conversation at a time.
