In this episode, I interview marketing and podcasting powerhouse, Michelle Vroom. Michelle is a business coach with more than 15 years of marketing & PR experience with nonprofits, agencies, and big corporations. Now she helps small business owners grow to 6-figures with more freedom and peace. Michelle believes every woman entrepreneur should be able to get clients whenever she wants. She understands the challenges of limited resources and time and shares her proven methods for visibility and relationship building to get clients and grow your business.
While I was preparing for Michelle to come on the podcast, one of the topics that were sent over was “how to overcome limiting beliefs that keep you from showing up and getting visible.” And I instantly knew that’s what I wanted us to talk about.
I don’t know about you, but I really struggle with limiting beliefs. Actually, this entire year, I’ve been trying to break free of the many limiting beliefs that I have about myself and my capabilities. If you’re like “yeah girl, I know what you’re talking about” then you’re going to get a lot out of this episode. If you’ve never heard of limiting beliefs or aren’t really sure what they are, we’ll get into that in our episode too, because you might find that you have been experiencing limiting beliefs already and now you’ve got a name for them.
Michelle shares some really tangible ways to overcome any limiting beliefs that you have about yourself and she shares some instances in her own life where she had to really work to overcome the limiting beliefs that she had for herself and how overcoming them made the biggest difference in her life. Michelle confidently shares her struggles and it’s really inspiring. I can’t wait for you to hear our conversation.

Romance Author, Heidi Hutchinson, is an open book (pun intended). Heidi has self-published 14 books and just recently came out with her 15th book, Key Change, as part Penny Reid's Smartypants Romance collaborative universe. I instantly fell in love (also pun intended) with Heidi's vibe and insight and I'm confident you will too. I felt like I was catching up with a friend over coffee and talking about real life stuff.
We talked about everything from self love to being deserving of love, and I stepped away from our conversation feeling so confident, which is the point right? I can't wait for you to tune into this conversation and hope that this episode leaves you inspired and smiling from ear to ear.
About Heidi:

She hopes the stories she writes inspire her readers to take their hearts on one more adventure. She lives in the Black Hills of South Dakota with her alarmingly handsome husband, their fearless child, and a rather large and spoiled dog.

I wanted to talk about something that I’ve been really struggling with lately. To me, I feel like it’s the biggest enemy to my confidence— it’s my inner critic and intrusive thoughts.
If I talked to other people the way I talk to myself, I would hate me. I wouldn’t want to be my friend. So why do I constantly tear myself down?
This is such a problem for me that I’ve been talking to my coach and my therapist about this and I’ve really been searching for anything that can help me deal with these horrible intrusive thoughts about myself. So in this episode, I wanted to share some tools and things that I’ve learned lately in hopes that it will actually help me by saying these things out loud and maybe it will help you too. Because while it may seem like I’m “teaching” I am learning too.

In this episode, I'm sharing 30 things that I’ve learned since turning 30.
I know that some people don’t want to get older but I am here for it. So whether you turned 30 recently too or you're dreading turning 30 in the next couple of years, this episode is for you.

When you hear Rubi Skilton's story, "confidence" is one of the first things that comes to mind which is why she's the perfect guest to kick off Season 3 of this podcast.
Rubi is a podcast producer, audio expert, limb difference advocate, speaker, and entrepreneur. Being born with a physical difference could have positioned Rubi’s life to go in a different direction. She could’ve fallen into the victim mentality and lived a life of “I wish I could…” but she used her difference as fuel to become successful and impact others.
Throughout the years, Rubi lost herself in the world of expectations. Her voice was lost amongst the masses, so she pushed herself out of her comfort zone and started a podcast to use her voice. Rubi founded Podcast & Co., where she works with high-level entrepreneurs, coaches, and influencers to help them not only connect with their audience on a deeper level but also have their voices heard.
I had such an amazing time chatting with Rubi and getting to know her and I know you will too! Get ready to be inspired!
