LEGO ( PARABEL )

When Lego just turned 16 the Swedish duo 'The Knife' released their album 'Deep Cuts' with the track 'Pass this on' which enchanted her and brought her into the world of electronic music. Ever since she has explored the techno scene both in Sweden and worldwide, which inspired her to start doing underground raves such as Stockholm based 'Funny Bunny' and .WAV, and also later on club nights at clubs in Stockholm like 2.35:1, Södra Teatern and Slakthuset.

In 2012 the will of spreading her own favorite tunes lead her into the DJ-booth. Her driving, trippy and hypnotic sets has since then taking her to festivals like Exit in Serbia and Volt in Uppsala, as well as clubs like Tresor in Berlin, Wave Athens and Pratersauna in Vienna. Lego is also one of the captains on the techno ship Parabel, handling bookings as well as being a part of the label.

LIVE RECORDING VOLNOST, SEOUL

Whether doused in the grit of his hometown Glasgow, or expanded

by the widescreen vistas of his current base, Barcelona, the music of

Darren Roberts has asserted it´s uniqueness within his preferred form

of expression, rolling and tunneling techno, strong on propulsion and

atmosphere.

Naming the project Deepbass was a strong statement of intent and

commitment to a sound of his own, from the start. That he has in fact

established it and remains on a path of constant perfection of it, is

indicative of Darren´s personality and talent.

This consistent path has seen Deepbass put out records on labels such

as Edit Select Records, Aconito Records, Dynamic Refection and

Soma, all the while enjoying a steady rise in recognition both with

audience and peers. Along the way, he found in Italian producer

Andrea Deplano, most widely known as Ness, a perfect foil for his

vision of techno, with both collaborating on releases which displayed

uncanny compatibility in sound between them. This commitment to

the deeper, hypnotic side of techno is further proved by his own label, Informa Records, where releases by names like Reggy Van Oers,

nAX_Acid, Claudio PRC, Takaaki Itoh, Ness, NX1, Hironori Takahashi

are constant highlights for those who crave expansive and engrossing

soundscapes.

What stands out from his production and performances is that

Deepbass creates something identifably his own, but refuses to ever

be limited by it or to get comfortable repeating just one thing. Instead,

he takes what´s already his own and streamlines it, sharpens it and

nuances it. The origin and destination might be constant, but the path

it takes and how the journey feels is ever-changing.

WAROK MUSIC LABEL MIX By CLOTUR

Parisien based artist, Tunisian born & co-founder of Warok Music. Launching warok since 2016 as first Tunisian Techno/Ambient/Experimental label, with other comrades to share their vision, and interact with some friends and artists, also to bring a new genre to birth in Tunisia. After releasing a first collaboration “Atmospheric Optics” with Osse, Clotur has marked another release at the end of 2016, a first solo EP ,“Levels of consciousness’’. Starting his musical journey in 2009 and being inspired by artists such as Brian Eno and Aphex Twin, he developed his own vision and music concentrated on club oriented rhythms and deep atmospheres.

warok was launched at the beginning of 2016 as a Tunisian label, to provide the scene with a new taste, of contemporary electronic exploration, as well as creating a virgin platform, for its members and artists to express their selfs, and present and develop their works and collaborations. Seeking for an authentic, modern electronic music image.

Warok has managed to cultivate a series of Eps, from like-minded artitsts and friends that simplify, to discover the unknown between, our body and mind including nature.

SEELEN LABEL MIX By NARCISS

Despite naming himself after a mythical egomaniac, Narciss’ approach to Techno is very far from self-centered, with his inspirations reaching from the cosmic horror of H.P. Lovecraft’s writing, across the jagged dystopian landscapes of Tsutomu Nihei, to the 90’s tool techno whitelabel-records he fell in love with in his teen years. Undeterred by the tonal difference in these influences though, the glue holding all of them together is an earnest sense of urbanity and Narciss’ audible wish to make a crowd move as ecstatically as possible.

Punk is a music genre that developed in the mid-1970s widely known through it’s production style of fast-paced songs, with hard-edged melodies and stripped-down instrumentation paired with an embrace of DIY-culture and the rejection of established rules.

SEELEN. is an independent Techno record label founded in 2018 by JANEIN and Stigmatique, that is based out of Leipzig, Germany.

While at first glance these might not have a lot in common, upon closer inspection you begin to notice, clear as day, there is a distinctly punk mentality in the labels modus operandi. From their cover artworks, that have more in common with a record-stores Death Metal section, to the fact that the label is completely self-distributed to avoid the industry machinery that crushes the spirits of many trying to go through it.

SEELEN.'s musical foundation can no doubt be found in this mentality as well. Formed around a tightly knit crew of artists sharing a single vision, it has sharp corners, an often eye-melting tempo and bleeds from every pore with ecstatic raving madness. Utilizing this, the label exploded onto the scene with two 12” compilations that garnered enormous support from audiences and industry heavy weights alike and also led to them being noticed by Leipzig’s reveled club Institut für Zukunft which has now become their homebase.

If reading all this has not convinced you yet however, then that’s fine though.

Because SEELEN. is not trying to win you over.

SEELEN. comes from the hearts of the people who form it.

It is a rejection of the mainstream.

NX1 came in with strength into the international techno scene with the release of their first record

on their label at the end of 2011. NX1 01 was limited to 200 hand stamped white vinyl copies that

reached the top sellers on the renowned Dutch distributor Clone.nl in just a few days. This, in turn,

made them receive immediate support by heavy weights of the genre such as Surgeon and Marcel

Dettman among many others.

Since then, the NX1 project has not stopped growing and evolving, with dozens of records behind

them, they have continued to produce a wide range of material from which many big personalities in

the scene have been feeding. Thanks to this the spotlights have been moving towards their releases

and productions.

During this time, they've been asked to collaborate and contribute to the respective projects from

artists like Terence Fixmer (Planete Rouge), Dax J (Monnom Black), Oscar Mulero (Pole Group),

Svreca (Semántica), Developer (Modularz), AnD (Inner Surface Music) Bas Mooy (MORD) or Go

Hiyama (Hue Helix) among many others. This has inevitably led them to gain recognition from the

international press and catapulted them into a series of performances in clubs and events all over the

world that allowed them to highlight their capabilities as producers and their ability on stage.

Their live sessions and sets display a wide variety of styles in techno. Dense drum loops, breaks,

aggressive metals and fat basses that perform the most rhythmic and raw part of the genre with

touches of IDM, industrial and electronic music from the 90s.

In 2017 they started Nexe Records as their main label, adding it to the already working NX1 label

with which they started the project and that they keep up to date by editing only their own material.

Berlin-based dj and techno producer savas pascalidis has been steadily making his mark in underground electronic music circles since his first releases in the mid-90s. He runs his own label sweatshop and spins at various clubs worldwide.

Enthralled by the music of labels like Prelude, Westend, Salsoul, Rams Horn, DJ International, Trax Records in the early 80s, he started to collect and spin records from Hip Hop, Electro, Rare Grooves, Disco, Funk, Hi-NRG, Acid, House, Rave, EBM and Techno through the 90’s and he has spent all his life exploring all facets of underground dance music

Born in south germany and later moved to berlin, the well-traveled DJ has been among the restless and classically minded members of the dance music community over the last decades. Rooted in the pioneering techno innovations and influenced by the likes of Underground Resistance, 430 West. KMS, Relief, Dance Mania, Metroplex, Jeff Mills, DBX, Robert Hood, Joey Beltram and many more he developed skills that led him into producing records and made a name for himself since the mid ’90s Techno scene with a series of dark, loopy and groove driven dancefloor orientated techno music. Pure and simple. But above all he is a DJ, transformed by music, passionate about the crowd.. Yet he is also a discoverer of old and new sounds, and has an rich musical culture.

His releases earned him a reputation for being something of a dance music purist. With his over 25 years experience of playing and collecting records, with a huge vinyl collection of approximately more than 25,000 Records, his sets comprise a wide range of the most important currents electronic music went through over the last 25 years. His energetic sets are based on classic hypnotic US-techno, deep and heavy grooves with a touch of stronger non-vocal house tracks. Another example of his DJ integrity is the fact that he still prefering the qualities of vinyl and has never played any kind of music in digital form

Throughout a career spanning many decades he has worked to main-tain a constant flow of creativity within the house and techno sphere. Never losing focus, he never prepare any sets upfront and everything is decided at the venue to keep everything interesting , organic and never really the same. He is one of those DJ’s who just plays what he likes the most and would like to hear himself being on a dancefloor.

As with his productions, his strength as a DJ is his versatility. Depending on the night and the crowd, he can throw down various styles of T echno.Stylistically, he never limited himself to any sub genre, instead, he constantly looked out for new ways of expressing himself

SLLAV is a technology and music enthusiast as well as a resident at KODEN Birmingham, having supported artists such as VSK, Stephanie Sykes, Flaminia and others. Over the last 3 years he quickly developed and cemented his own movements in the Birmingham techno scene with a keen attitude and a taste for groovy, hard hitting music mirrored within his sets. In 2017, he received an 8-weekly show at Fnoob techno radio, deliberately focusing on conveying real-life stories through the sound of techno. Meticulously gaining a practical understanding of the genre from Birmingham and London based nights, he has found his feet producing.

LOUNGE SQUATT LABEL MIX by GROOVE DANIEL

Milan-born, Berlin-based artist Groove Daniel has dwelled in electronic music for 15+ years, consistently bringing the freshest sounds to tastemakers and music fans alike. Throughout his time in the industry he has racked up an accolade of releases on his labels & platforms Lounge Squatt & Berlin Invasion.

After many years spent in Milan as a promoter, DJ and activist living the golden age of free parties and the rave scene, plus numerous appearances in major clubs across Italy, he moved to Berlin where he set up "Lounge Squatt", a platform that has been organizing events and parties between the German capital, Italy and the UK since 2011.

A true child of soundsystem culture with a career that spans over a decade, He's collected gigs all over the world in respected venues and festivals, performing with some of the finest artists & labels in the scene.

A vinyl lover but also a digital performer, he is known for his extended sets and his signature mix of bass music & techno, which he delivers in exquisitely curated sets. His live act explores deep sounds and large spaces, somewhere between breakbeat & techno without borders.

The last few months have seen him busy in the studio adding to his already sizeable collection of singles with tracks like "Down on Me", featuring the amazing voice of Mz Sunday Luv & Konik Polny.

On top of a number of podcasts and mixes, his sound has been heard on radio shows across the globe on stations such as Unika Fm, Fnoob Techno Radio where is hosting a regular radio show , Data Transmission,Session Faction and many more.

In 2017 and beyond he’ll continue to influence bringing his "Sounds Like" party to homes throughout Berlin with the succesful "Berlin Invasion" party series in Mensch Meier & "The Raven" co-hosted with Max Durante.

He began his investiture in the world of music influenced from an early age.

With only eight years old, he began to take his first steps towards music, the guitar was

the first instrument to pass through their hands.

N:CK alias of Nicolò Temperini, dj, producer and label owner, born in Rome (Italy). In his performances he always tries to transmit his emotions to those in front of him,always receiving positive feedback for his musical choice and his technique.

In 2015 he's open his label called ENNERT, initially created only to release its most experimental works. Here he released his first EP (Steps) recorded and mastered at LRS FACTORY, recording ad mastering studio, where he still works, in Rome.

In 2016 he was invited to participate at ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event) with his label for a showcase during the conference.

In 2017 he joined the Mitten.lab project as a resident dj, where he had the opportunity to gig and interface with many artists of today's techno scene, such as: Invite, Manuel di Martino, Lunatik, Rommek, Ruhig etc.

As a producer he is appreciated by many artists for the quality of his productions, in particular he loves working with analogue machines, always trying to extrapolate unique and special sounds. His secret is that he puts a lot of passion into what he does, trying to evolve and improve day by day.
