On this week's episode of the Content Cafe, Renji and Rosie discuss our own version of Podcast 2021 Wrapped and recall some of our favourite moments on creating and starting the podcast. We look back, but we also look forward, to our "resolutions" for ourselves and for the podcast, as well as questioning the concept of a resolution and how it can affect us.

🎉🎉🎉 WE MADE IT 🎉🎉🎉
but for real
This episode is all things Christmas, cause January is the perfect time to get excited for Christmas and this episode isn't late at all!
The holidays can be a tricky time for a lot of people, especially in the last two years with the rona. We reminisce on Christmas time throughout the years and how it has impacted us, as well as some favourite childhood memories.
SAD affects us all in different ways when we get close to the holidays but what exactly does SAD stand for? Sausages certainly ain't on the Content Cafe menu but we wish it was!
This week we're diving deep into our own experiences but be warned, there's a lot of humour/coping mechanisms in this one!

Do you feel like Lockdown has made us all feel a little more tender in social situations? Are you doubting your own mental wellbeing because it looks like a lot of people are discussing similar symptoms online?
This week we're touching briefly on a study which is letting us all know, in a comforting way, that we're not alone with our thoughts & concerns in a post-lockdown world.

This week, Renji and Rosie dive into lockdowns, depression deja vu, isolation and just how much things have (or haven't changed) since 2020. Get ready for some stories from the beginning of the pandemic and the effects of the coronavirus on our mental health. One last thing; it wouldn't be the content cafe if we didn't sprinkle some memes and off tangent conversations in there, would it?
Looking for new ways to market your podcast? The Content Cafe has you covered. Introducing, dating profile marketing! We kickstarted one, just for you, to show you how the professionals do it. (for legal reasons Hinge we're sorry. if you're here tho listen to the pod xo)
If you follow either of us on social media, you may already know that one of us has a reputation for a typo or two... & it ain't Renji!...
Twitter adding an edit button could help with a lot of issues many of us experience from all different points of view but it could especially help with the anxiety surrounding important tweets containing sensitive information or even business related information
This week we're getting a little meta and talking about how starting the Content Cafe has affected our imposter syndrome.
Imposter syndrome is likely something we can all relate to at some point in our lives, and even just being more aware of your own thoughts and feelings can be a step in the right direction. With content creation thrown into the mix, it makes for a challenging time in moving through imposter syndrome more independently, and in this episode we talk about the different issues you might face in this position too.
So get comfy, grab a drink, and maybe feel called out for the next 50 minutes?
We're kicking off November with a bang (no pun intended) and we're delving into imposter syndrome. On this week's Cafe To-Go we're talking about our personal experiences with feeling inadequate, undeserving & like we simply don't belong in the hobbies, jobs & relationships that we've been in!
It's another Cafe To-Go today, and we're chatting about the ins and outs of twitch payouts, diversifying your income and the specific burnout challenges we face when it comes to having content as an income stream.
We also thought it was time to share us doing the dum da be da ba ba dada daa at the start and end of recording. Enjoy!
