Michael Farris is a constitutional attorney and scholar who has won dozens of court cases, including at the Supreme Court level. Farris is the founder of Patrick Henry College and the Home School Legal Defense Association, a former law professor, and a co-founder of Convention of States Action. Among his many other accomplishments, he has served as President of the Alliance for Defending Freedom, written textbooks on the Constitution, and authored a peer-reviewed paper on the legality of the 1787 Convention. He is one of the few living attorneys to have successfully litigated an Article V case.
Rita Peters is a constitutional attorney who has authored amicus briefs for the Supreme Court of the United States. She serves as the Chief Public Policy Officer for Convention of States Action, spearheading the legislative strategy resulting in 20 states having passed COS Action's Article V application.
Rick Santorum is an attorney, and former congressman, U.S. senator, and two-time presidential candidate. A lifetime champion for constitutional government and fiscal restraint, he now serves as a Senior Advisor for Convention of States Action.
