A healthy heart is aware that the things we treasure or value in our heart come out through the words that we speak. It is vital that we as believers are watching what we say and choosing to partner with life. 

“We don’t need more negativity in this world. What we need is more hope filled, love enthused, heaven on earth, and Jesus encounter provoking words from a healthy heart in tune with the Holy Spirit.”

What happens to our hearts when we encounter trial, pain, hopelessness, and disappointment? If we are not careful to watch over our hearts then when trouble or difficulty comes we can end up with a heart that is sick.
