Ben & Ryan is joined by Kinja pupil and rising star Justin Park. Justin, a Korean-American singer/songwriter from Los Angeles, reveals that ABDC was a big part of why he chose to be a performer. This was pre-instagram and when Youtube was just starting to become the beast it is today. ABDC videos were on Youtube where Justin began his journey. We discover that there's old footage on Youtube when Ben & Ryan were dancing at airport terminals when they were back dancers for an artist on tour. Unfortunately the clever name, Terminal Illness, backfired (link below). When you do a search on Youtube for 'Terminal Illness' you will get only heartbreaking results. Justin has new tunes and will have a lot more to come this year. Check out his socials below.

Everyone here at Converasians will like to wish everyone a great new year. Ben and Ry get into the new year determined to break some bad habits with committing to resolutions. As our bodies betray us, Ryan explains his questionable diet timeline and personal matter that's a little TMI. Ben explains how his age doesn't reflect the true age he is inside. What are the rules for using the term 'Hyung' (means big brother, also used with friends that are older). What is the term for hyung where you're from? Ben leaves us with a good precept with things that are good for you to the bad.

Ben and Ryan is joined by our other co-host Mike Kim. Reflecting on how balance is needed with the work you put in, imposter syndrome creeps in from time to time. While Ben tackles it as a reminder of humility, Mike journey's into a bit of self discovery. Ryan pays compliments to Ben but Mike calls out that they sound like insults. Ben brings up something he heard, "No one is coming to save you.” As simple as it sounds we need to be the main characters in our own life and we need to make the decisions to make things happen.

Ben and Ryan bring on one of the coolest girls they know, Cammy. Cammy is set to travel back to India where she and her cousin, 'Enfield is Prayer,' provide a tour through India on motorcycles. Cammy’s been traveling back several times a year to run these tours sharing some crazy moments on her expeditions. Ben's experience of India starts similar but the day-to-day goes a completely different direction. Ryan suffers a case of what he calls ‘Oldness’ and makes an effort to be more social and active after work. Cammy and the guys find that we all struggle with our parent’s expectations. Some have come along further in that journey than others but we always find that parents have moments that catch us off guard. It seems like parents are only progressive when discussing a potential grandchild.

Ben & Ryan have on rapper extraordinaire, one-half of Part Time Cooks, Saul Goode. Saul decides to make his first international trip to be South Korea and decided to stay. Saul and Black Moss the duo that make up Part Time Cooks go on to become top contenders of the Korean hip hop audition show Sign Here in 2019.
