In this week's episode, Aaron and Kevin are discussing what it looks like to multiply disciple-makers. Jesus' command in the Great Commission is to "make disciples," so what's different about "making disciples" vs. "multiplying disciple-makers?"
That's what what this episode is all about!
We hope you enjoy it!
One of the most popular words in the Christian language is "grace." But, what is it? How does it come to us? How do we give it to other people?
One of our Core Values is, "Give Grace Upon Grace" based on John 1:16.
In this conversation, Aaron and Kevin discuss times that we have received grace, and even times where it may be difficult to give grace upon grace.
As always, we hope you enjoy this conversation!
In this week's episode, Aaron, Kevin, and Marcus have a conversation about the Core Value at Saints Peter and Paul: "Pursue Health."
the Bible speaks of "Shalom" - the Hebrew word for "peace." But this word connotes more than just a feeling of tranquility or the absence of difficulty in life. Instead, it pictures a world of "wholeness", where everything "fits" just right.
In this conversation, the guys share personal stories of their pursuit of health in their lives, the difficulties they have faced, and the refreshing reality of God's "shalom" that helps to foster health in all areas.
As always, we hope you take something from this conversation and start another one with someone else. We hope you enjoy it!
In this week's episode, Aaron and Kevin have a conversation about the Core Value at Saints Peter and Paul, "Honor Relationships."
Many of us think that life revolves around us. Even if we don't truly believe that, we certainly act like it. But, the reality is that we live in relationships with many people. So, what role do those people play in our life? Why is it that we have all these people? Are they for our benefit? Are we for their benefit?
In this conversation, Aaron and Kevin flesh this core value out, share their own experiences of honoring relationships with other people, and how we try to live this out at Saints Peter and Paul.
As always, we hope you take something from this conversation and start another one with someone else.

In this week's episode, Aaron and Kevin discuss the Core Value "Love Life."
In a world that is saturated with death, how do we boldly advocate for life? Aaron and Kevin discuss in this conversation how mixed up our world's ethic is on the value of human life.
If you remove God from your worldview, you will end up with a confused ethic on life and not a consistent ethic on life. As Christians, we ought to have a consistent value of human life. And we do! We love life!
In this conversation, the guys will discuss many practical implications for what this means as we go about advocating for life, and being life-givers in this world.
We hope you enjoy it!
In this week's episode, Aaron sits down with Bryant Weathers, a member of Saints Peter and Paul and disciple-maker of others. Aaron and Bryant discuss the core value that is held at Saints Peter and Paul called "Treasure the Word." They discuss their own experiences getting familiar with God's Word and the benefit we receive when we teach others the Word of God.
As always, it's our goal that you'll take something from this conversation and start another conversation with someone else.

In this week's episode, Aaron and Kevin reflect back on the Ask sermon series that they've been preaching in the summer of 2023 based on questions that the congregation asked.
During this conversation, they each share what some of the most interesting questions were and the research that they did in pursuing answers to those questions.
They also briefly share where Saints Peter and Paul will be heading in the next sermon series as well.
As always, we hope you enjoy this conversation!
In this week's episode, Aaron and Kevin have a conversation about communion. We have a God who communes with us as his people and he desires that we live in unity with one another.
This is different than the individualistic tendencies we have in our American culture where we often involve ourselves in things based on what we're going to get out of them. In the church, we involve ourselves, not just on an individualistic/consumeristic way, but as a fellowship of believers. We commune WITH God and we commune WITH one another.
In this conversation, Aaron and Kevin also discuss what we, as Lutheran Christians, believe about the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper, which is often called "Communion." What is happening there? What do we believe about the bread and wine? All of that is discussed and explained in this conversation.
As always, we hope you enjoy it!
In this week's episode, Aaron and Kevin are back together once again to have a conversation about this wonderful gift that God has given us in prayer.
Prayer - it's THE spiritual discipline that potentially is the most utilized by Christian people. Prayer is your open invitation to talk to the creator of the universe - your Heavenly Father whenever you want!
In this conversation, Aaron and Kevin discuss all the beautiful aspects of prayer and they even share what they do on a daily basis in their personal and family prayers.
We hope that you can take something from this conversation and start another conversation with someone else.
As always, we hope you enjoy it!
Do you have a relationship with Jesus? Are you aware that you also have a relationship with the Devil? If you're not, that's one sign that the Devil's tactics are working.
In this conversation Pastor Kevin sits down with Ben Steinbach - a student at Michigan Tech and attender at Saints Peter & Paul, and they discuss this "relationship" with the Devil.
How do we navigate this relationship? How do we have our eyes opened to see it at work? What has God given us in order to equip us to work against the Devil?
We'll talk about this and more on today's episode. We hope you enjoy it!
