Rebecca is the teaching farmer at Native Earth Teaching Farm on Martha's Vineyard. She hangs out with goats and children during the summer, and writes and does fiber arts in winter. Whenever she can, she eats a few weeds. She likes people ok, but her best friends are plants.

'Weedy Wisdom for Curious Foragers' is a book about eating weeds. It is for beginners, but it is not shallow. It arose from a series of classes with Camp Jabberwocky, a camp for people with disabilities, and those campers are a direct and fun-loving bunch.
