A recent cover story of Scientific American discusses The Neuroscience of Meditation.  Noted atheist, Sam Harris, has recently written about the benefits of mediation, and meditation appears as the circle-drive to the new spirituality movement.  But what exactly is mediation and how does one perform this feat of inner knowing?  It turns out the answer is not that hard.
