While having an external self-care regimen is fabulous. Hair, nails, a day at the spa. Let's go deeper and take care of ourselves internally. What would that self-care regimen look like for you?

Do you ever stop and celebrate you? Do you stop and make a whole moment out of the things you have accomplished? If so, how often. Before moving to the next goal or task, stop and celebrate your accomplishments. You deserve to do so. And you will not regret it.
