There are three main Shamanic realms: Upper, Lower, and Middle. Each word has its own set of non-physical entities, energy, meaning, purpose, and experience. Traveling to and through these realms grants practitioners greater insights into their own energetic, physical, and emotional states, allowing for clarity in what needs to be healed and guidance form their spirit teams.
