  • Episode 25: Why I almost Quit Podcasting

What happens when something you love starts to feel heavy and forced? In this episode, I open up about why I almost walked away from podcasting — not because I stopped caring, but because I became tired of the constant pressure to market, optimise, perform, and be seen. Somewhere along the way, the heart of why I began started getting buried under all the advice I'm getting that I'm not reaching enough listeners or downloads and I should be doing it "better".

This is an honest conversation about creative burnout, authenticity, and returning to what really matters. If you’ve been questioning the rules, feeling disconnected from your own voice, or craving a more grounded way of creating and living, I hope this episode meets you there.Leave me a comment or share if it resonates with you, I would love to hear from you. And as always get in touch with me via the socials on Instagram or Facebook to see what I'm talking about or sharing, when I'm not podcasting.

    Much love & gratitude, x

  • Episode 23: Why is everything a performance?

Ever felt like you’re playing different versions of yourself depending on who’s watching, who's listening?

In this episode, we dive into the powerful idea that life isn’t just something we live—it’s something we perform.

We gently explore the idea how everyday interactions mirror a stage, where we shift roles, manage who we are, depending upon who's there watching.

But, performance is exhausting; it disconnects usfrom what we really feel and need. Authenticity? It’s messy, quiet, uncomfortable at first—yet so freeing.
Are you showing what's true or just what you want others to see. My advice is this: Start small: pause before saying yes, allow yourself one moment of real honesty, even if it feelsrisky. Because real belonging begins when we stop performing and start being.

Remember:You don’t need to earn your worth—you already have it. Maybe this week, instead of trying to be better, just get real with yourself. As always if you feel the call to share or leave a comment, then please do and let's keep the conversation growing, until next week, sending love and gratitude.

  • Episode 22: Society teaches us to keep going

After a little unintended break, my episodes are back with fresh content and conversations. Thanks for sticking around, you guys are amazing.

So, today’s topic is something that touches each ofus, whether we’re conscious of it or not. We’re exploring the deep-rooted expectation society places upon us to keep moving forward—to hustle, to strive, to never stop—no matter how tired, sick, or unfocused we become. It’s a themethat threads through each of our lives, sometimes subtly, sometimes loudly. And it’s worth asking: what does this relentless drive do to our soul, our heart, our sense of self?

Get comfortable and settle in to hear this conversation that I think you will relate to today.

As always, stay well and remember to keep tuning into your heart's wisdom. Namaste.

  • Episode 21: Dance Like No-one is Watching

So this week is a little follow on from September newsletter which you can subscribe to on my website www.vitalityandmore.net.

When was the last time you fully expressed yourself through movement and dance, like no-one is watching?

This topic is important especially for women because sometimes, and I've witnessed this myself, we are afraid to let go, afraid to be seen and move the way we want to move and dance. Dancing and being free in the moment allows us to come into our selves. It allows us to have fun, gives us the opportunity to be free and not worry about other people, it allows us to be free of judgement. So hope you enjoy this episode. Big hugs x

Take a listen and please share with me your own 'Imposter Syndrome' experiences, I would love to know when you felt it, why and how you dealt with it, let's keep this conversation alive and open. • Ep 19: Positive Language

This week we are diving into the conversation of using positive language and affirmations. How do you talk to yourself, is it with love, kindness and compassion or is it with self-loathe and low self-worth. When we understand that positive language has an impact on our overall health and well-being we can then make impactful change. I also talk about Dr Emoto and share how his books share a similar theme in that when water is exposed to positive language, music, images it forms into beautiful crystals, yet when it is exposed to negative language, loud heavy metal music and ugly images, it turns into exactly that! It's totally fascinating, please give it a listen and let me know how this resonates for you, are you going to change your language.

  • Ep 16: Trust that you are being Guided

This week we are talking about Trusting your Guidance. Do you know that you are being guided daily? Do you tune into this guidance? This conversation will perhaps give you some clarity about how we are always being guided and the real challenge is to tune into the guidance, look for the signs, the messages, the symbols and follow through with them.
