Junie Welsh is a Nashville native who began her education in psychology with her first psychology class at Harpeth Hall, an all-girls school that instilled in her the values of fearlessness, independence, and the importance of showing up. She started her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Sewanee: The University of the South, but after personal experiences with substance abuse and its effects, she completed her senior year at Tennessee State University. Junie then pursued a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Trevecca and began her career in residential substance abuse treatment. She is also trained in EMDR through HAP. Her logo features three birds, inspired by her tattoo and the beloved song “Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley, which serves as a reminder that, despite challenges, “every little thing’s gonna be alright.”

In the spring of 2021, after completing Still Waters 12-Step Immersion Program, Ryan Schlegelmilch decided not to go back to work in restaurant kitchens. Instead, he chose to use his culinary skills to nourish the patients at Cumberland Heights. He enjoys bringing joy through food and the sense of community that is created in the dining hall.

Tracy Kornet is a seven-time Emmy Award-winning news anchor, host, and writer who anchors WSMV4 at 3, 4, 6:30 and 10 p.m.
While at Vanderbilt University, Tracy spent intermittent semesters working in Japan as Cinderella at Tokyo Disneyland and singing backup for the Japanese pop star, Anri.
She earned her MBA in 2002, which reignited her passion for international affairs, and was selected as one of 6 U.S. journalists for a 10-day U.S.-Korean journalism exchange in 2023.
Awarded Best News Anchor multiple times by the Tennessee Associated Press, Tracy is a passionate non-profit board member, emcee/speaker, and community volunteer. A member of the 2018 class of Leadership Nashville, Tracy serves on the state board for Habitat for Humanity and the Advisory Board for UpRise Nashville, a career training program helping pull people out of poverty through education and job placement. She is a member of the U.S. – Japan Council in Washington, D.C. and the President’s National Advisory Council at Asbury University. Tracy is also a former co-chair and long-time board member of the Sexual Assault Center of Nashville.
Tracy’s almost 30-year television career started in Lexington, Kentucky and continued on to Phoenix, Dallas, and Nashville. She’s enjoyed multiple career highlights, including interviewing three U.S. presidents and field anchoring the 2020 Presidential debate. She also co-hosted “The View” in New York, filling in for the legendary Barbara Walters.
Tracy and her husband Frank met as undergrads at Vanderbilt, where his Milwaukee Bucks jersey hangs in the basketball hall of fame. Their three grown children all played college basketball, including 7’2″ Luke who now plays with the Boston Celtics.

Laura Ezell is the ARCH Admissions and Outreach Specialist, currently working on getting her LADAC. She has been in the field of addiction treatment since 2006 when she started volunteering at a sober living facility. The most rewarding part of Laura’s job is being able to guide a person in crisis to a path of hope and healing.
