I was very excited and nervous to be talking to Miss Valerie today. I've always felt that in many ways the Mary Tyler Moore Show shaped my life. I saw Mary working in this very exciting world of TV(new to women at the time), she has this cool friend named Rhoda, you're both working women, single, with guy trouble, and no kids. And even as I teenager I remember thinking "That's the life I want!" And that's pretty much the life I got, and it's all and more than what I had hoped for.

Valerie Harper has a new book out, a memoir, called I, Rhoda. She takes us behind the scenes with Lou Grant, Ted Baxter, Georgia, Phyllis and Betty White's, Sue Ann Nivens. She also touched on her lung cancer and how it changed her. And if she isn't busy enough she also has a broadway show called "Looped" and you can see a clip from it on her website.

This guy is the real deal. He was when I met him back in 1990 and he is now. I just answered the phone and hit the record button and the craziness began. It's on tonight on the FX Channel, Anger Management is the name of the show and it was just renewed for a solid two year run. Shawnee Smith may be most familiar to you from her movies and her role on Becker as Linda, the ditzy, zany, receptionist/nurse.

She is a hoot! It was a fun and crazy interview and she is a very light hearted girl, I dare you to try and keep up with the interview. It was difficult for me;) She has a page on Facebook but as she said in the interview she is more low key and private and kind of minds her own business.

Unless you actually pick up the book and thumb through it a bit, this is not the kind of book you think it is. This is a wonderful coffee table book you can spend a few minutes at a time with, or read and look at for hours.

Jordan Matter, is a photographer, as well as an observer of movement. So he combined his love of photography, his love of movement, and included some quotes from Henry David Thorough, William Shakespeare, and even Mae West, "Too Much Of A Good Thing, Can Be Wonderful" into this enchanting nugget of reading. *** It is important to note that nothing in this book has been Photoshopped. Yes, some of the scenes look dangerous, and they are, but it was one moment captured in time.

In this book dancers are put into unusual scenes. Nothing is rehearsed, some of them he captured within 5 frames others took hundreds. The one scene that caught my eye was a dancer in the operating room of a hospital. I asked about how he was able to get permission for all of these scenes. You have to hear his answer for this one!

Well, I didn't know what to expect but Newt Gingrich came off to me as very real. He answered the questions I asked with confidence.

Newt's new book is entitled Victory At Yorktown. It completes his trilogy and chronicles George Washington as he takes his troops into battle during the Revolutionary War. What makes this books different is it is a novel, so while the facts are based in truth, he took some liberty in "imagining" what George Washington might have been like as a man, a person. What would he be feeling as he led his men into battle.

Newt also touched on what he thinks went wrong for the Republicans during the 2012 election, partisanship in America, who Newt believes was the most effective Republican and Democratic Presidents in history were, and what would George Washington think about the state of America in the last 10 years.
