Kris is BACK. Let season 2 of Conversations with Kris commence!
We had such a blast producing 30 amazing and insightful episodes (plus a bonus episode) during season 1 where Kris enlightened us with his earned wisdoms about gratitude, being underestimated, love, forgiveness, and so much more.
This season, our theme is "The Forgotten." Kris's idea stemmed from a conversation questioning if we knew our grandfather's father's name? It got him thinking about the people that came before us and the people that pass through our lives. And importantly, how do we not become one of the forgotten and instead leave as lasting legacy? Every interaction, experience, and person that passed through our lives we can grow from.
Be sure to listen every week for a new episode on Tuesdays!

Kris continues his second painting while speaking on the topic of what perfection really means. Perfection is a common topic and mindset in today’s culture and most of us feel the toxicity in it. But, what if we understood what “perfect” really means and how it relates to ourselves being perfectly who we are?
Take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy today’s podcast of conversation with Kris.

Kris starts a new painting with the topic of balance and addiction. Addiction comes in all forms in our lives, often times trading one thing for another. Even healthy addictions can become obsessions and turn into a monster. So how do you find non attachment and balance within those addictions all while living your life to the fullest?
Tune in and enjoy today’s balancing topic of conversation with Kris.

As Kris continues to work on his painting, be prepared to understand how to release from your attachments in this modern world in all the aspects of your life. Nonattachment doesn’t mean youre alone. It means you are more appreciative and grateful for the events, people, and things in your life because you recognize that you don’t own any of them. It’s a beautiful practice of love.
Snuggle in and enjoy today’s profound topic of conversation with Kris.
*We're having some hurricane weather in Florida today so there is some static here and there throughout this recording. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
