I'm back! It's your fav Jess here for Talk Yo Talk on Mondays! Today I dig into the idea of exposing yourself to different perspectives and cultures, and the benefits that these reap as a leader. We get into what it means to be a leader and how exposing yourself to new ideas, group of people, or belief systems can allow you to grow your mind, and your team. It's important to understand and be well-rounded with knowledge so that you can handle your situations in such a way to get the outcome you desire. Being a leader teaches you to lead by example, but in order to lead by example you must know who you are leading and how to get them from point A to point B effectively. In this series I hope to target different aspects of leadership and how to develop certain skills that may help you as an entrepreneur, manager, leader, or as an individual!
