If you have ever been told to be the best at what you do, you have been set on a path that can't be achieved. Inasmuch as we strive to get to the most outstanding level we can be as a person of skill, being the best is one level that no human can get to.

The word best only exists where there is a bar or peak of expectation, and as much as this is present in organizations and establishments it is not present in life.

I know you might have been told that for you to develop as a designer (even if you are not a designer this podcast will also help you), you need to practice, but in this 5+mins podcast, I will disabuse that theory and mindset and set things right.

As a brand (logo) designer what increases your integrity and strengthens your value proposition are the practices you engage in to deliver and render your service.

In this podcast, I address 1 bad practice you shouldn't engage in so as not to leave a bad taste in your integrity and leave your clients questioning your experience as a brand designer.

A lot of times as a designer you have heard the term "Know Your Worth" and this term can be unclear as we have varying definitions of the term. In this 6mins podcast, I cleared the air about what it really means to know your worth.

My everyday thoughts on things affecting me as a person. a husband, a soon to be father and creative. This me best being me and hoping you have fun and find value.

The "Growth Series" podcast is to show designers practical and proven steps to become better at what they do, achieve more quality results, and help them become the professional they desire to be.
