In this last episode of season 1, I was asked to address something regarding versions of a statement that I hear quite a bit from parents & children, and it mentally frustrates the hell out of me. I was happy to voice my facts from my experience, unapologetically.
"If the shoe don't fit; I'm sure the dress or the pants do."
I use the tools I've been given to serve my conviction & change the narrative.
Thank you and see you next season:-)
The choice of change & what's good differs from person to person.
"Change is good & so is GOD. Get GOod ."
Song inserts by my son and score owned by, me.
Thank you's:-)
Prerequisite: Episode 5
"Be careful with what you subject yourself to and do what's good for you to be, OK."
Song inserts by, my son. Score is owned by, me.
Thank you.
The Wit is real.
Stress, anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, psychosis, and all of their other nega's may solicit my mentals but I'm coherently sane enough to meet'em head-on and I do what I gotta do to keep them on the outside of my house. My temple. My mind. My heart, soul, and my spirit.
To be continued...
Tune in on 7-14-2021 and hear mE.
"I didn't make up the word; I extracted it from the word that means what it is to be considered, a Bitual."
Habitual: regularly or repeatedly doing, practicing, or acting in some manner : doing something by force of habit.
Habitual behavior is defined as behavior that is displayed automatically on the presence of a goal, that is, a direct goal–action link that is not preceded by consciously developed intentions (Encyclopedia of Applied Psychology, 2004).
When B leaves the word, it's then lame. Life and relations are too valuable to allow old uninspiring and dull dead stuff to intervene and override the beauty of what life and relations have to offer.
Songs written and performed by my sons, thank you.
The majority of us want the same things out of life but we have different behaviors and approaches that stem from our backgrounds, roots, and environments.
We all need help at some point in life but not all are humble enough to ask for it.
We all have fallen and messed up at some point in life but not all of us are humble enough and willing to admit and share our downfalls to relate and uplift another.
"Reaching and teaching outside of your circle is an obligation if you've been taught."
Be sure to tune in for "The B is Gone" on 6/30/2021.
All songs written and performed by my sons, thank you.
Today is Golden for me, and I'm celebrating my will and ability to share pieces of my peace with you. Helping others is what I effectively do but it wasn't until I learned and grew outside of my foolish head and hardened-heart-stuff that allowed me, my passion, and I, to work in and from my truth.
I refer to my stuff as foolish because I allowed issues and situations from my past that had no possible chance of a redo for a better-do, to affect my ongoing life. That in itself is foolish, to me. It sounds insensitive but life and truth can ultimately be.
I used to emotionally cry and physically fight when I didn't know better but as a responsible and accountable grown Black Woman who knows and chooses to do better; I allow my witty sense to tickle me black and influence my attitude and perspective to put some happy on my emotional and physical responses, more than not. I think both ways before behaving. I flirt with the future by tempting the present.
"Learning is growing and living allows for growth and change, if you let it."
I hopefully hope that something I say or do will help you to help yourself. Enjoy the original melodious tunes and bang'n beats as they enhance my cast:-)
