I have two things to say the first is Alhamdulilah , I’m grateful to Allah for His protection, for His guidance, for His support, for making podcasting easy for me . I started podcasting in 2020 , I didn’t have any wish , of quitting at any point, but I didn’t know that, there was going to be a whole lot of breaks (Challenges) in between podcasting, but regardless of my breaks, I was glad that every time I go on break , I come back stronger.

STRUGGLING WITH PRAYER

There is no excuse for not praying, From the moment a child reaches the age of puberty or a person accepts Imaan, Salah becomes compulsory.  The Shariah does go to great lengths to accommodate our circumstances.  If you cannot stand, you can offer it sitting down.  If you cannot sit, you can offer it lying down.  If you are travelling, you offer two rakats instead of four for Zuhr, Asr and Ishaa prayers and so on.

 

However, if a woman is experiencing her periods (haidh) or nifaas then she is exempted from praying her Salah.  (Raddul Muhtar p.484 v.1)

But if you’re someone who struggles with observing your five daily prayers, then speaking too many English is of no use to you . I know you want a simple way to get back on track. Firstly Ask Allah for guidance, secondly be self discipline, thirdly prioritize your salat . Now listen to this episode and pounder over it , I pray Allah grant us steadfast in our deen . Ameen
