So many of us are taught "you are not worth anything if you don't have a significant other" but are these words what God says about us? This episode is about your identity not being wrapped up in finding or having someone but finding your identity in Christ and what He says about you. Keep your eyes up instead of looking around. He defines you. Not your relationship status. 

Today I interviewed my mom, LaJuan Busby. She shares how she has grown closer to God during a time full of health challenges, wisdom that God has given to her through the years and how she's attempted to be a servant leader by living a life of serving others. She also shares how she's extended  hospitality, things she wished she had done differently, how to make a difference and how to leave a legacy of love and kindness. My mom is one of the most encouraging people in my life so I'm glad I could share her with you all today!  

The enemy is not creative. He has used the same attacks on us as he did with Adam and Eve in the very beginning. This week I talked about how the enemy attacks, the 3 fold strategy he tends to use to distract us from Kingdom things and the steps we need to take to re-set and refocus on our King and His Kingdom. The enemy is like a lion looking for someone to devour but we have the power of Christ living in us as we take intentional steps to take our thoughts captive and to focus on the things above.
