Josh is back and he is nearing the end of his military service and we speak on whats next for him.

We did Munchies & Mimosas again though we showed up late and it was definitely a vibe as always. We also went to a Larry June concert which was a good vibe as well. We're back! Griffin is finally back from his month long training rotation in California and we catch up on everything we missed over the last couple of months. We discuss breaking generational curses that were created through a long line of toxic family traditions and reversing the mindset of how we were brought up and how we pass lessons off to our children. We also jump into relationship talk and how we deal with breaking the cycle of toxic behavior that society is so accustom to.

Weekend recap of Josh's birthday which he calls the best birthday he's ever had and we'll be planning more trips.  He also finally admits that getting sections in the club is a good thing. And we discuss how white bystanders to racism and basically the worst part of the problem.

The army cares about your problems but the people in leadership positions don't.  We discuss why it is people in the military call shots in others lives based on personal feelings rather than decisions that are right.

Is the way to the superior man a bunch of bullshit? Living care free is living stress free. And enjoy things with the understanding that everything good and bad must come to an end. And will your friends of today be your friends of tomorrow?
