Ingredients for meat roll:
• 1 Lb of ground beef or chicken
• 5 medium white potatoes (boil with skin)
* ½ cup green bell pepper chopped
* ½ cup red pepper chopped
• Salt, pepper, oregano or Italian herbs or basil
* 2 cups of grated cheese
· 2 cups of fresh spinach
