The pandemic has hit the fitness industry hard but local gyms and trainers are adapting to make sure everyone can access help and advice at home. We caught up with Andrew Gange, one of the guys behind Find Your Fitness in Wigston, about their at home training programmes and support. 

In this week's episode we catch up with chef and writer, Shivi Ramoutar. Shivi is now a regular on BBC's Saturday Kitchen and has a brand new book out, The Ice Kitchen, which is full of useful tips on how to maximise meals at home and save time using your freezer. 

We also chat about memories of food in Leicester, surviving the Masterchef challenges and favourite restaurants.
